I have been in the area for a little over two months. This is my second time in the store. I do find it to be a bit smaller than the others I've shopped in. Other than that. The workers are nice and helpful.

I love Kohl's, I took my grandson's there before Christmas to get a couple things for them and we all had fun looking at all the items on sale and probably could have spent our entire paycheck there. We ended up buying well over $100 worth of items but with our Kohl's cash and our credit card we got a great discount and walked out with $109 worth of items. I always love shopping at Kohl's!!

Nice selection of clothing at a decent price. Some good sales and bargains through the the store. Cashiers were helpful in getting the most discount but some other staff really did not go out of their way when looking for a certain size of clothing.

I will be putting your stores on blast.
We paid $49.99 for a pair of Levi jeans 2 weeks ago.
My Son wanted a different color.
We went this morning, we saw the , " buy one get one 1/2 off" cool.
Get 2 pair.
Go to pay, with a $20 coupon.
113 DOLLARS!
You jacked up the first pair $20, so I really was not get the 1/2 off!
Okwhatever, I will use my coupon at least, NOPE, not good on Levis.
What scam artists.
I will NEVER go to your store again.
I will tell my story all over social media, town meetings and even the "on your side" news station.

I did not like many of their clothes. They were frumpy. I could not find any pretty cotton dresses with a waist. There were either no waists, or the waists were stretchy.

Was trying to order something that they didn't have in the store on their online kiosk. Was helped by several employees. Everyone seemed to care and really want to make it easy. I was very impressed with their customer service.

Went to return a shirt that did not fit. While there decided to swap for another shirt same brand same rack different style and $4 less. Clurk swaps shirts as an even swap keeping the difference of the $4. I ask how this could be a even swap if this shirt is less money. He explanation there system doesn't recognize the difference in pricing. Then I ask if I had picked a shirt that was 4 dolled more is it considered an even swap he said no you would have to pay the difference this doesn't make sense to me. Then he got rude and canceled the transaction. And did the opposite of what I ask him to do. Poor customer service. Needs more training.

Had to get an outfit for a memorial service for my husband's grandmother today. Kohl's always has nice dress clothes so I figured it would be an easy errand. Everything I liked was only available in an extra small. This included Juniors and women's. I'm a medium to large depending on the brand. A couple times I thought I got lucky and found something my size because the hanger had the m or the l on it. Then I look at the tag on the clothing and it said extra small. Tried stuff on for over an hour, and now I feel really crappy about myself. Thanks Kohl's. Since you're a big retailer, maybe you can suggest a company that stocks clothes for normal sized people? Or according to your available selection, over weight medium people??

Clean organized store and has good hours rather then the other department stores that close hours earlier so definitely a plus but the staff isn't as eager to provide customer assistance as a department store clerk should instead they just stared at us from where they were from the time we walked in. how ever I'm sure they'd have helped if asked is just nice to be asked if they can be of assistance.. but all in all it wasn't a bad visit

I love Kohls. The ladies who work here are super nice. Store is a bit messy and I do see them trying to pick up and keep clothes organized. The customers are to blame for being pigs and acting as if these workers are their servants. Please be kind and don't go and undo every nicely folded shirt. At least have some common courtesy and put the shirt neatly back. With that said nice store, nice workers, nice clothes, and if you have a Kohls card you can certainly get more bang for your buck. Love the Kohls cash. I would like to give a shout out to both Lauren and Christine, the cashiers, sweet and fast check out.
