  The quality of the work was good. I don't like the way Mike talked down to us. There was a miscommunication on his part that he insisted was our fault, but whatever. Our stuff is done and I'll never request this service again.
  
  Update: they asked me to remove the negative review. Called me and then texted me. Weird, because it was an honest review.

  When I called, I was able to talk to a real person!! She was friendly and set me up an appointment for the same day!! When Dave was on the way to my house he called and let me know. He let me know up front what it was going to cost. He got the job done in no time. I would definitely call them again if I need to.

  Had some scheduling issues, but once Mike and his crew were able to make it out, I had an overall great experience. The crew was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Mike explained everything as he worked and I could tell he really cared about the work and the customer. Will definitely be working with them in the future.

  Had an issue with our sewer drain and called Saturday evening. Was immediately scheduled for Sunday morning. They were here on time, were very professional, quickly assessed the situation and remedied the problem right away. Highly recommended! There's nobody else we'll call from now on. Thanks!

  I have used these guys for years they are always prompt they’re always courteous and most importantly they always fix the problem. You could call another plumber and maybe get a better price but do yourself a favor call these guys and get it done right the first time !

  They showed up very shortly after I called. They were able to find the root cause of the problem and they were able to fix the problem. Very professional. Will DEFINITELY be using them again!

  The gentleman Roto-Rooter sent me was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained everything to my satisfaction. The job was completed in a timely manner and he assured me they back up their work and to call if I had any issues. I would rehire.
