POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
Completely dishonest company. In an industry marked with swindlers and charlatans I thought VanDevere would be different. They boast of family values and integrity but don’t practice what they preach. I was told by a “sales person” (who was actually just a third party phone rep) one thing and then the story changed once I got to the store. Apparently the “anyone can get approved” mantra meant paying triple for an used car. The sales manager Bob was very friendly and nice to me but I felt like I was being bought with false kindness. While I was waiting I overheard another sales manager actually claim that he “sold that sucker” and then the customer came back to complain. At the end of the day, the original price and story I was told just to get me in there was far from the truth. I guess in today’s day and age you don’t have to mean what you say about honesty and integrity, all you have to do is have two loud idiots with cheesy 90’s graphics and horrible green screen diarrhea tell you that’s what you’ll get.response / report this review -

This dealership is the best I have ever dealt with, completely trustworthy. My sales person was Glenn. He was also the best.seek him out. Although, I think everyone there was very helpful, caring and professional. I strongly urge anyone looking for a vehicle to make this dealership your first choice.
Six weeks later and I am still very happy.

Justin Harris has become my family's go to for our car buying needs! He always takes great care of us, ensures we get exactly what we want, and takes the pain out of the car buying experience. We've gone through 3 buying experiences with him and each one has been smooth and easy. Thanks for always being there to help us at the drop of a hat with all of our very particular needs!

I purchased an SUV from this location yesterday. Although quite the process the entire experience was overall a positive one!! The manager Neel was absolutely amazing, my salesman was attentive and dedicated to my needs. My daughter was kept busy with snacks and toys, the lobby area was clean and inviting. Will definitely return to purchase my older daughter her sweet 16 car.

Jay Mohrer and the whole team at VanDevere Chevy are awesome to deal with. Jay is a knowledgeable experienced sales person with mechanical experience that can be trusted, and the service there is the best out of all dealerships I've dealt with in owning over 10 new vehicles in my time. Do yourself a favor and go see Jay if you need a vehicle. He will get it done for you.

Went to the VanDevere dealership on Vernon Odom. Excellent reception and service from Clark! Managers Neal and Sam were very welcoming. Clark was very helpful with questions and taking care of any requests we had. Great power train warranty.

My experience with VanDevere was excellent. From the time I walked into the showroom I was treated like royalty by my salesman, Allen Hubbard. It had been a long night shopping for cars at other dealerships but he made my shopping car experience so much nicer! VanDevere has so many perks that other dealerships don't have. I was able to purchase a vehicle that night with ease! I highly recommend VanDevere and definitely go and see Allen Hubbard and he will take care of you!

I had a great experience with this dealership and with my sales rep, Brian Newsom. The facility was state of the art and the people were professional from sales through finance. Brian did a great job of helping me find exactly what I was looking for in my next vehicle, he was very knowledgeable and I never felt hurried or pressured. Also, the selection was fantastic and I am very pleased with my new Chevy Tahoe.

I was the market for a car. I went on line and looked and looked. I was looking for someone who could help me find something I could afford and for someone who could help with bad credit. I sent a request into The dealership. I got an email back the same day!! I emailed back and forth for about three days. I must have asked a thousand questions. Every question I asked was answered in a timely manner and very encouraging. I did not want to drive an hour and be told " sorry, can't help ". Was never told that! I drove down, worked with the best female sales person ever!!!! Came back down two days later and drove off the property with a new car!!! Even better then I expected!!!!! No pressure, up front about everything! Thank you Van Dever for the best experience ever! I look forward to coming back in the future!!!!!!

I have bought several vehicles from The VanDeveres over the years and have always had a good experience. This most recent one was no different. Justin Harris has been me and my families go to salesman on the last 3 purchases. He always goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. I highly recommend VanDevere to anyone looking for a great deal on a vehicle!

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle at VanDevere and couldn't be happier! After weeks of searching for a very specific car I wanted, I found it at VanDevere. Since we live 2 1/2 hours away from the dealership, I first inquired about the vehicle through their online request form and immediately heard back from Katie Williams. Katie went above and beyond answering the many questions I had as we conversed back and forth through emails. She is was simply amazing with me! Once I decided that I wanted to purchase the car, Katie put me in touch with Justin Harris and to say that he is an outstanding salesperson is a huge understatement. He, too, went out of his way to answer all of my questions and even sent a lengthy video of the vehicle because he knew that I was nervous about driving that far to purchase a car in which I had never seen or driven. Once I was comfortable with making the purchase, Justin helped with the financing and other preparations beforehand to make our drive and visit there as quick as possible. If I can say the one thing that stood out the most with Justin is that the only day we could make it there happened to be his day off, but he came in, anyway. I love that he is that dedicated to helping his customers and seeing the purchase through to the end to make sure everything went smoothly and as planned. I can't say enough about VanDevere from their amazing staff to their incredible customer service. We will definitely keep Justin Harris and VanDevere in mind when it's time to purchase our next vehicle!

I joined a friend who was purchasing a car a few weeks ago. We know that buying a car is both an exciting and yet sometimes a stressful experience. We were both treated with respect and compassion. Justin Harris was her salesperson & treated not only my friend, but myself with both of those. It is very comforting to know that no matter if you are purchasing from VanDevere, or being a shoulder for someone who is, that the entire team, from start to finish is top notch!! Top notch service and good prices. Clayton Cross was an extremely helpful, low pressure sales person with a great personality. I felt like he wanted to make sure I got everything I needed. Also, I had to go back for something extra and I received excellent and immediate service even though Clayton was not there that day. I highly recommend VanDevere Chevrolet and Clayton!!!
