Went here for the "famous" all you can eat seafood buffet with lobster.. Well the lobster is quite small (like a big shrimp). Its all you can eat but the server will only give you two at a time. The rest of the food is mediocre and not presented very well. The crab doesn't taste fresh, it was rubbery. I don't believe the price justifies the food quality here.
Valley View Casino is a great place to put all ones worries and issues in the back of their mind. Because once inside its all about you and the machine or Dealer you chose to assist you. Its a safe and convenient get away. The hotel is immaculate and breath taking. The staff is courteous, respectful and always friendly. I rate Valley View 5 stars because this Casino is, a challenging way to win what we all deserve from time to time $MONEY$
We have visited Valley View a few times, primarily to enjoy their maine lobster buffet and secondarily to play some slots. Regarding the buffet, it's fabulous! The majority of their foods are flavored and cooked perfectly to my taste. I give it four stars because the wait to get into the buffet can be quite long and I'd rather be playing slots than standing in line and I go for the protein options, but I think they could generally do better on desserts. The slots are fun. Their smoke-free area seems smaller and is tucked into a corner of the casino, so walking through all the smoke (and standing in line for the buffet, which happens to be in the smoking section) can get a bit stinky and carcinogenic. Of course if you smoke, this may not be an issue. For the buffet, we literally drive an hour, and we always leave happy and satiated. I love it!
The entrance leads straight to the smoking areas, which was non-intuitive. The air and the ambience in the non-smoking side we're much better. I came here with my friends for the Buffet. They have very good deals for the lobster buffet ($20) if you come on holidays. Expect long lines if you come on big holidays though. They also have the $10 steak buffet but I haven't had the chance to try it yet. The lobster tails are a bit small but it's a buffet, what can I say. We ended up gambling a little and it was fun. You can either get a casino club membership or play the slot machines with cash. I think they accept $1, $5, $10, $20 dollar bills.
The buffet here is great, they have different ethnic types of food. I love the lobster main dinner. I also like that even if you are only there to play the machines, they have a fountain drink machine available to serve yourself as much as you like. The rooms are also very comfortable and cozy. The pool area is not very large but just big enough, quiet, comfortable and relaxing. This is definitely my favorite of all the casinos in this area of Southern California
Go there often for the lobster buffet. One of the best buffets in Southern California. Such a large variety of great food to pick from. Great service too. Popular place, so prepare to wait in line for seating. There's also a large variety of slots and table games, if interested. Big sports bar too and a hotel.
Buffet was great. All the food was great and the desserts were (except some of the cakes) were also great. All you can eat prime rib and lobster as well as cheesecake make for a insanely decadent evening.
It's my Casino do I get special comps etc. So my opinions may not be what other's might say? Do I'll leave it at that! I have no problems or anything bad to say! If I do? I'll bring it up at our meetings to correct! We have to please our customers! That's why we can't afford to drop the ball! So far so good! But like I said I'll leave that to our customers. Thank you!
I have gone 3 times and all times came home with like $300 and there buffet is top notch good best place to go when on a date or just to chill best Sunday football special five star all day long
We went early on a Sunday morning to best the crowds. The casino is clean and of a decent size but once it hits noon the casino gets packed. The food and drinks are good for what it is nothing special although I've never tried the steak house in the casino. Tons of slot machines and a few card game tables. Overall a good experience. Definitely caters to an older crowd.
Good place to eat buffet. Prices lunch $10, dinner $20. They smoke smell is bad though. I wish they had better ventilation there. Gabe me a bad headache. Offer non smoking side. But still..
During the week is a ten dollar buffet for members with enough play activity. That isn't me, but my mother meets those requirements, so she is able to get me in for the same price. The buffet was wonderful. I had at least twenty different items. There are some items, like the pizza and most of the Mexican food, that look unappetizing, but I avoided those and had lots of roasted vegetables, kale salad, chili, turkey with rosemary, ravioli with pesto, and fresh fruit for dessert along with a cream puff, chocolate covered strawberries, and a double chocolate cookie. I am guilty of overeating, but I didn't need much of a dinner after that lunch! It wasn't busy, so we didn't feel crowded there. Weekends are a different experience. The slots are stingy, but that's always been that way for me.
The casino area was exceptionally nice because they had a non-smoking area for those who can't tolerate the smell of smoke. The buffet was amazing as it wasn't expensive compared to the food that they served. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely go there again if I had the time/chance.
Hi, we had a wonderful visit to Valley View Casino yesterday. We celebrated my husband, Carl's birthday. Not having to drive home made it extra special for us because family members knew where we were staying. Our niece and her husband came over as did our daughter. The food was awesome and the service great as always. Valley View is the place to stay.

Valley View Casino is tucked away in the hills off I-15 and has been my go-to spot for a good lobster buffet for the past few years. Today was just as good as usual. The staff is friendly and the casino is small, but always busy on the weekends. At 32.99 the buffet is worth all you can eat Maine lobster tails and pistachio ice cream! Asides for the usual smoking inside the casino and the small restrooms, my experiences there have always been pleasant. I will be back for more!
