Nice place for weekend getaway! Enjoyed kayaking there, no annoying big boats. Camping site is nice. Spaced out nicely.

Silver lake is an awesome place to go for a day trip, an overnight camp trip, or even for just a quick dip! The campsites are very nice, and you can find many trails that lead down to the lake.

Silver lake has a half basketball court, a nice playground, and a concrete dock that you can jump off of, and not to mention a beautiful lake with awesome views! The bathrooms are clean, an added plus! I fully recommend going Silver lake for some summer fun!

Small but nice park, beautiful lake with a nice playground and a small beach. Campsites are close together but not on top of each other, and the campsites each have a fair number of trees. Bathrooms were ok, and the pay showers were pretty nice.

I go here every year for a motorcycle camp out. Beautiful setting, and very clean campsites. However, if you want to sleep in a tent, it can be a challenge now as they put crushed stone on every plot. There are some lean to buildings available, but not every site has those.

We went there for the first time after the season ended and found ourselves at the closed gate of a private camping weekend. The folks there were so kind and allowed us entrance. The beach is small and perfect, the water was not weed filled even for almost early fall. We kayaked and swam the entire lake. Very friendly locals as well came to say hi during our visit. We will definitely be back for hiking and more water sports!
