  I nicely asked the person who answered the phone, how much it would be to take us from our condo to a restaurant. He responded with "I'm just answering the phone to take reservations." So confused I asked if I could be placed next on waiting list or maybe make a reservation. The man told me "should I repeat myself." I was once again was confused and his tone sounded very angry for no reason so I just hung up. Definitely recommend Lyft if you can out here. If these people are busy they are very disrespectful

  Mike was awesome! If it weren't for him, my boyfriend and I would have been stuck out on our vacation. He is very punctual and informative. He was also very friendly! I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone not familiar with the area or trying to get to any of the major cities. His prices are very reasonable as well. I will definitely be referring him to friends and family when they are in the area! I do suggest calling in advance if you have any big trips (hour long trips) you are trying to take. He's flexible and will get you where you need to go with great conversation along the way!

  Guy seemed nice at first when called for a ride home after a flat tire, but then I called to change the time of pick-up because I had been advised to stay with my car until the tow truck arrived, he accused me of "blowing him off" and became extremely defensive. We lost connection, and I decided since he was my only option to get home, I decided to leave my car anyway and call him back. He was so incredibly unprofessional, and basically told me off over the phone while I was in tears. I intend to repost any response he makes as an update to this post, since i truly believe he'll blow his top once he knows i've posted this. This is the kind of guy who succumbs to road rage and tries to make it the other guy's fault - so probably shouldn't be driving a cab. I'm glad he didn't drive me home, because I wouldn't want a person like this to know where I live. Scary. Uber drivers, where are you?

  These guys are so rude and expect you to work on their convinience. At all costs use another taxi service or uber it.
