It was an awesome feeling that day. I will go back for my future cars.

Nice folks but they don't seem to take pride in their products. I called ahead in the morning to test drive 4 vehicles and arrived that evening. One vehicle still had a flat tire and wouldn't keep running. The other three had numerous issues. One had 4 dummy lights on and the speedometer and odometer didn't work.

This company is a shady company who thinks its ok to sell trash to hard working low income families that are trying to make it in life. They do not care about the customers who are over charged for their piece of junk cars and once they have you over a barrel in an "as is" vehicle they will do nothing to help you even if the car breaks within hours of buying it. My experience is I could have rented a car for less than 990.00 and been able to drive it for longer than a week and if the rentAl car would have broke down at least the company would have helped to arrange something. TRASH TRASH TRASH. I wish I could give negative stars. I will be notifying the BBB because they obviously do not hear enough about your negative doings if you still have good ratings with them. I have heard nothing but bad about you since I bought my car. Unfortunately it was too late. Im sure you probably pay your friends to post positive reviews. And of course you would say that in your reply. Im not the only one who feels this way so what does that say about your company? As far as fixing the car . . . If you would have had good business practice, you could have done that in the first place and everyone would have been happy. Customers will see how you folks are. I never expected you to do anything from seeing this post anyway, but it will show people not to trust you. If I had read your reviews before I came to your lot I never would have been dumb enough to buy a car from you. So my stupidity cost me 990.00 but hopefully a few minutes of my time writing this post can save another innocent family the time, trouble, and loss that my family experienced. 17 reviews with one star that's insane. BUYERS BEWARE. Go to Oak Motors instead. They actually care about their customers and sell quality cars.

These people have some twisted sense of customer service. I have come across some shady people as I have worked at a used car dealership but the people here qualify as down right crooks. I won't go into the details but long story short don't waste your time or money here. Throw your cash out the window you'll be just as well off.

Seeing that you say it only took a few hours to fix then it begs to reason that a decent individual, 30 years of good service providing, fine establishment such as this would have been willing to add the price of repairs to the total cost of the vehicle. Which was exactly what we practically begged you to do. I don't assume all your inventory is garbage, just your customer service. It's no big deal just as you stated in your response I just felt it morally correct to forewarn anyone else who may have the misfortune of buying said junk from you doesn't expect any type of help after buying a clunker, but I wouldn't expect you to understand anything that resembles morality. Just a freindly warning for your next victim. Or customer, depending on the point of veiw.

I love my new car !!! They were very helpful & didn't charge me an arm & leg only a few fingers, lol !!! Actually, after I paid it off I needed help with my window & they did what they could with no charge & told me what I needed to buy. I would definitely buy from there again & send everyone I know there :-) !!!

I was looking to buy a truck from here for my personal use in Texas however the told me I must be present otherwise I can't complete the deal well I just bought another truck in Indiana in NOV for over 50K from a ford dealer and was able to do everything over the phone and they sent me the docs via UPS to sign because they said they need hard copies no problem. This purchase I was considering was for a truck that is 3K maybe less I checked with the DMV and they said all I need is for the dealer to turn in hard copies to get the deal done. Its okay if this dealer does not want the business there are many other places to buy a truck big deal I will pay a little more now its not the end of the world. However I do own my own business as well and I would do the correct research before having one of my employees give a customer the wrong information if they were not sure.

Bought a car on January 5 2017 and not even 3 weeks later started smelling gas heavily. The fuel line is completely rusted out and needs to be replaced. All they would say is sorry, sold as is. What a crappy way of doing business! I will never buy a car from there again.

I've been getting cars off them for many years along with my family and friends.. most the time it's been great experiences but the owner does get a little anal at times.. in that he looses his cool..but hey that's just Rick..we have all done it.

I purchased a 2006 jeep liberty. Within the first few days the steering tightened up to the point you could barely move the wheel. Took it to a mechanic and found out the power steering gear, steering column, and rack and pinion were all shot. In three weeks time I've put almost $2000 into the vehicle, my wife and kid could've been killed, and I now have no money left to provide my family with Christmas gifts. The salesman and mechanics here clearly have no conscious or concern for the safety of the consumer or are far too incompetent to know whether a vehicle is even safe to take off the lot. Don't purchase a vehicle here unless you have no regard for you and your family's health and have a few thousand extra dollars to put into repairing it. I'm not sure how they manage to sleep at night.
