The ad says on thing. The girl I spoke with I believe her name was Kelli, was going to charge $130.00 for 1/2 head, and might cost more, depending on product she had to use.Also told me she would have to cut off 3 inches. I said No, to which I got an eye roll from her. I thanked them and left. I felt like I was really getting ripped off with their service offered.

I just received the BEST cut and color service from Kallie Ann at Pure Concepts! I was so nervous going to a new stylist, especially after some particularly bad experiences, but I walked out LOVING my hair. From the moment you walk in, to the last snip of the scissors, you’ll feel pampered, relaxed, and confident in your new ‘do. Kallie Ann was so personable, she listened to what I wanted, she gave me great recommendations on what my hair needed, and she did exactly what she said she would. No surprises! The cut and color comes with a relaxing hand/arm massage during your wash out, a scalp massage, and a calming peppermint oil neck massage are you calling to schedule your appointment yet?

Took my wifey here and she was blown away at the quality of service and her hair cut. The pricing is fair and Kallie Ann was soo professional. You can definitely tell she has the experience and is very knowledgeable. #HappyWife

This is an amazing salon. Customers are pampered with scalp, hand, and neck massages; hot towels under neck during washing and rinsing; and reapplication of makeup wear needed when hair is finished. Needless to say, they are fantastic with color and fixing a bad cut from a previous salon. Price was a little higher than other salons but well worth every penny. Jackie, the owner, worked on my hair. She really knew her job. From what I could see, you can't go wrong with a stylist here. Very classy place!
