I wouldn't buy a car from this place, I was told they had a vehicle on the lot drove 45minutes out of my way to see it, only to be told by "Mikes assistant" that the truck was sold 3 days ago.sorry for my inconvenience.

Bought my truck from them in 2015. Recently we had a minor mishap with an oil change and tire rotation. To make it right they offered a full detail and 2 free oil changes. Customer service is superb.

What started off being a not so good experience turned out to be great experience in purchasing our new F150. The Sales Manager Brian and Salesman Joel did a great job rectifying some unfortunate issues. They definitely displayed great customer service and gave us a great deal. We appreciate their time and flexibility in working through the deal for us. The delivery of the new vehicle and the explanation of all the electronics by the Tech Employee was outstanding. The entire team did a great job making sure we were happy with our purchase. I highly recommend Bob Estes Ford if you are looking for a vehicle.

The moment we walked in it was nothing but friendly workers. They helped us find a car in our price range. They stayed and didn't rush us even though we were there past closing time getting everything finished. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Bill Estes Ford and would definitely recommend Joel and Darryl.

Service Department: I drove past 3 Ford Dealerships to get to this one. The only one that has a loaner program, an amazing one at that. I was attended quickly, they were veryyes we can do that, and notexcuses excuseswhich you will find elsewhere. They told me about possible charges up front, they didn't give me my id back so that's frustrating, but other than that, I was very impressed.

I showed up to Bill Estes looking for that perfect truck. Frank met me out side and was very professional and educated. He was very patient with all my questions that I had. They did not have the truck I was wanting, but Frank didn't stop and finally found the truck I had been wanting. I will definitely recommend Frank to anyone that ask me!! Great working with you and your team.

A few years ago, I worked here. It was one of my favorite jobs ive had in my life. Yeah, I liked the work but the people are what made it what it was. Now I have returned as a customer. Again, it was the people that made it a pleasant experience. The sales team and finance team listened to what we could do and what we wanted and absolutely delivered. Very happy I came here to look for a new car.

very smooth transaction, my salesman Michael S was efficient and easy to talk to, and willing to put in any offer I made. even after I left because we could not agree on terms, Michael kept working for me and called later that evening to say that they had indeed accepted my offer! great transaction and the car is really great too.

I walked into Bill Estes Ford with an impossible situation. Brian and Darryl came up with a plan and not too long after that I walked out with a 2017 Ford Escape. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I was greeted by friendly faces, checked in on, and made part of the process. I felt like the guys I worked with knew what they were doing and gave honest opinions. Everything that occurred went seamlessly and honestly couldn't have been done any better. The facility itself was well maintained, bright, and welcoming. I absolutely recommend this place!

My husband was involved in an accident that totaled our Ford Focus (which we also purchased from Bill Estes) and we only had one day to purchase a new vehicle. We knew based on the damage done to our Focus and my husband being uninjured we were going back to Bill Estes Ford. We looked at vehicles on the website and found an Escape with all the options we wanted. We sent an email and we're contacted within an hour with a great price offer. We went to the dealership and met with Jason Abbott who had handled our previous purchase. We told Jason we didn't have time or energy to haggle. He went above and beyond to get us further discounts. We were completely done and leaving with our new Escape within a couple hours. Exactly the experience we needed in such a stressful predicament. The entire staff us top notch!

Very satisfied with my experience! I contacted Mitch Dotson about a very specific truck, within 2 weeks he had found it. He Had it at his dealership we made a very reasonable deal and I took It home. I highly recommend using him to purchase your next new or used vehicle!!
