Avoid. Rude unprofessional staff. Very condescending to customers. When calling to check on our cat they sounded like we were annoying them. At the end of it all tried to charge us 1,600 for unnecessary procedures which were never discussed prior to them supposedly performing them.

Beware, they killed my dog and only care to drain your pocket. If your pet is important to you, Make yourself a favor and don't go there. I was dumb and fool not to read their review and now my dog is gone. A simple care ended up all night bleeding. I'm so sad that I went there. How the hell this place is still operating? The gov has the answer. I already submitted a claim to the California board and hopefully they will shots down this so called hospital.

Showed up at 555p since it's posted they close at 7p. Walked right in and the receptionist very rudely said they were closed, said nobody was around to help. Also scoffed and said they "haven't been open until 7p in two years." No compassion.

This place took my money and ruined my dogs teeth. They removed the wrong tooth that had an abses, and because of that it never went away! When I went back to them they denied that there was anything wrong ( my dog is white and fluffy and he clearly had a black scab on his face) The x-rays that they took before surgery, were somehow non existent now. It was all mess. And I was not going to pay for anything else. I went to another hospital instead. My dog is now healthy, with a few missing teeth but at least he's alive.

Poor attitude. Staff first ignored me then told me they were too busy to see my dog in distress. Waiting room was EMPTY. EVEN if they were "too busy" they could have been a little more empathetic

The only thing good about this place is Richard at the front desk. Dr. Perry is very condescending and cold. They don't provide overnight care so if your dog needs surgery NEVER take them here. You will have to transfer to an emergency hospital that is only open from 6pm to 8 am and then you have to pick your pet back up and transfer them again. Ridiculous! Also, Dr. Perry was not at all good with my little chihuahua. NO BEDSIDE MANNER. I will not be back!

I have been taking my dogs here forever! In fact moved too far away and found another Vet in Santa Clarita and they were aweful!!! I spent so much money trying to fix my dog and the treatments were all incorrect. Then I decided to drive the mileage back to my old Vet THIS ONE and they not only handled it they found the treatment was bull crap and my dog got better and now is running free again all happy. I would ONLY recommend this placethey take their time to the fullest to communicate with you when you have so much to tell them and they listen and then on their own diagnose and give you the correct handling! I will forever take this long drive just to get the care for my Pits that they both need!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
This place is horrible, I brought my dog in for an exam, The vet performed a rectal exam which caused my dog to stop walking properly in his back legs wasn't able to go to the restroom anymore and cried nonstop. I'm telling you the reader, before I took my dog in, my dog could walk properly and use the restroom fine their was nothing wrong with him except he was constipated. I went back to demand they treat what they caused to my dog on May 29, 2016 The owner said he would only treat him if I payed. I said no why would I pay for something you caused, and I got into a huge argument with the owner of the place. Well the owner didn't care. I'm writing this because my dog had a seizure it had trouble breathing and it passed away on May 30, 2016. If you love your pets take them somewhere else where they do care about your pet and its customers because this place does not. I plan on suing this place for malpractice I've already contacted an attorney because my dog deserved more than this.
