I called for a warranty repair from this shop and they took my information (I'm out of state in WY) and they took care of everything and got me a replacement machine. They then shipped it to me free of charge. I cannot say anything but great things about this company! It's nice to run into companies that have such great costumer support. Should I need a new vacuum or shampooer in the future I know where I'll be buying from.

Remember when you could go into an establishment and the staff was passionate and knowledgeable about their products, and cared about earning your loyalty? These guys stock the finest vacs in the industry, and check all the other boxes too, including having a competent repairman on site. I am that shopper who wants the most powerful tool that will hold up for a decade or longer, and so with toys and tools, I take my time and ask lots of questions. Erik patiently and cheerfully helped me navigate the right one for my needs and budget, and I’m thrilled with it. Thanks for the great service and product!

I’m always weary of repair places, but it’s better to fix than replace! I brought my vacuum in and within 5 minutes he had it fixed! He was so nice and I highly recommend this place!!!

Bought a G6 Kirby here yesterday for a good price. Vacumn was cleaned very well, a new belt and bag installed, 12 month warranty, and came with extra bags. Couldn't be happier. The employee was awesome!

Cody was extremely helpful in helping me pick out a vacuum. The people here have great insight into which vacuums are high quality, repairable, supported by their manufacturer, and have parts available. Their prices are fair, so shop local!
