  Update: I reached out to them a week ago to ask about getting more wood and they haven’t got back to me. I told them I was happy to pay for the extra wood but they still didn’t respond. I haven’t called yet but after seeing their response I figured they would at least try to help me out by responding to me. Seems like a decent company they just need some organizing to make it good or great
  
  Fairly disappointed with the lumber I got here, I asked for minimum 6” wide boards when I got home I realized it was closer to 5” so I won’t have enough to finish my project. I also paid extra to have a rough sawn look added to it and mostly it just looks like it wasn’t put through the sander and so it’s rough and splintering, only about 10% of the boards have enough circular sawn design that you can actually see.
  
  They did say it would take a couple weeks to have ready but it was done in just about a week so it was pretty timely which is a plus.
  
  I would probably buy from them again but you need to be extremely specific on what you want and what you’ll be getting.

  These guys are amazing. Not only do they have great products at great prices their service is unmatched. Vincent personally delivered a load to me after hours on his own time, after a delivery fell through (NOT ON THEIR PART). Totally unnecessary but so greatly appreciated. Their costumer service is unbelievable.

  Purchased from them multiple times, better quality wood then what Home Depot has to offer at a better value. For the most part easy to work with. All wood used in photos from Rustic Lumber.

  Went there to pick up about 100 cedar boards for a fence project. I was told I had to purchase a whole bundle- well within that bundle of 100 only 50 were actually usable pieces the others were terribly split up the middle. I also wanted to purchase 25 of their 14 foot cedar boards and was declined this because they did not want to open a new bundle of 100 they offered me the extras they had lying around all of which were split halfway down the middle unusable pieces- I would be charged the same price for the damaged boards as the undamaged boards. Yes- they advertise at great prices but you will pay for it with poor customer service and low quality. I drove an hour 1 way and was prepared to spend over 1000 dollars with them. What a disappointment. Thanks
