the staff was so freindly and funny it was gr8! able to answer my questions and help me when asking for advice

the atmosphere of the store was relaxed & is not awkward at all which you will get in some adult stores

there was one item i wanted that they didn't have (paraffin candles) but overall the selection was wide and catered to a large selection of kinks u might have

will 100% shop there again

Love the store but hate their rewards card. Signed up in July when I made a $250 purchase. Then registered it to receive a bonus 100 points. Went in last month knowing I had 350 points and was told I could not use them because they were converting to digital but assured me they would be transferred over. So I made a $28 purchase. When I was there today they had not! At that point there should have been 378 points but there were only 28points. Still made my purchase, but if they can't get it resolved I won't go back.
Should now have 405point OR $20 worth of rewards.

I've been here multiple times and still can't wrap my head around the inventory in this store. The store employees are quite knowledgeable and very helpful if not distracting in a good way of course. This is the place to go to find your niche.
