They always have the best people. They are kind and so helpful. I'm always forgetting my appointments and they call me to make sure I know when it is. And the doctors and nurses always makes sure to be very thorough and to make sure you understand what is going on. Highly recommended

Dr. Grover is a great OBGYN. He is very knowledgeable and really wants to help his patients. His medical assistant Amelia is also super helpful and always willing to answer my many questions.

This clinic is amazing! I've had several issues which required surgical consults--Dr. Lee, Dr. Steffen, and Dr. Grover are all wonderful! I also come here for my yearly exams and Erica Hensman is the BEST! I would recommend this clinic to my friends and family--and to anyone who demands excellent care!!

Receptionists were nice and so was Erica. She made the time there quick and painless. Getting an appointment was easy and in the time frame I needed. Would love to go back.

Very friendly staff that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Easy to ask questions and happy to answer. I felt safe enough to have them perform my surgery.

I have been a patient in this office for several years. First when Dr. Susan Steffen was doing general practice and later with Susan Dyle, PA. I have always been treated well from both of them as well as the office. With both Susans retiring, I scheduled a physical with a new PA, Erica Hensman. When I booked my appointment, I reminded the receptionist that even though I am now on Medicare, I have secondary insurance that pays for a full physical, which is what I wanted since it had been awhile. They assured me that that would be fine. My experience with Erica Hensmen was horrible. She didn't want to do the complete physical because she said it would never be paid for. She was rude, made little eye contact and spoke so fast that I couldn't understand half of what she said. When she left the room, I called my insurance company and put her on the phone with them when she returned. She learned that I had my facts straight. I will never refer any of my friends to her and I will not be back. I left that office in tears. I'm not sure where to go anymore after this awful experience.
