Terrible patient service. Arrived for my appointment for my 2 year old at 10:05am which was not scheduled until 10:15am. At 10:45am, I asked for a status which they told me that the back was aware my son hadn’t been seen and they would get to us soon. At 11:40am, still hadn’t been seen and told another patient still to be seen in front of us. Our time is just as valuable as this Orthopedic group. We left!
