Armstrong came on the date promised and cleaned all of the duct work in my home. They cleaned as quoted. The process was completed as promised and there wasn’t any residual dirt or dust left behind.
I highly recommend Armstrong for ductwork cleaning. They’re highly professional.

Two fellows came & did a quick assessment of my dryer vent situation before bringing in the equipment. I believe they were not professional looking (dirty t-shirts & shorts) nor did they show me proof of ID. They walked through my place without booties & left lint on my deck. For the amount of money being spent, I expected better service.

Our Armstrong techs were professional, friendly, and efficient. They were at the house for about 4.5 hours and cleaned all 18 vents and our dryer vent. Price was reasonable considering length of time and quality of work. Definitely will be having them come out each time for servicing! Armstrong was recommended to me by my neighbor and I would happily recommend them to my closest friends.

The folks I contacted at Armstrong were super polite, knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of my questions and explained everything clearly. The team that did the work were on time, professional, and also explained what they were doing and finding. The cost was quite reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Employee called to say he'd be here in about 15 minutes. Showed up on time! Careful about moving hoses and vacuum over the floor. Left everything as found. Yes, I have a bit of vacuuming to do. They weren't here to clean my house! Just my ductwork! And it motivated me to do some spring cleaning! Would definitely have them back!
