Found Atlantic Duct Cleaning online and called the company for AC duct and vent cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and their anti-microbial treatment. We were able to schedule an appointment within two weeks. The technicians that helped us were Orlando and Cristian. Both gentlemen were professional, courteous, and gave great customer service.

The day of the appointment the technicians arrived on time and walked us through what they would do, gave an accurate estimation of the service, and promptly got to work. Orlando answered all our questions and kept us up to date on the process. When everything was done we were very pleased with the work and appreciated the technicians going above and beyond our expectations. We are very pleased with the services we receive and would recommend this company and their technicians to others needing these services.

Had my first experience with Atlantic Duct Cleaning today and they were absolutely fantastic. Jeremiah and Daniel performed the job flawlessly and were incredibly knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Dryer vent was cleaned and all material cleaned up - they were terrific! During the time of the pandemic, they were also all masked up which was great. And super nice guys as well! Additionally, the customer service from the main office was excellent, too. Great communications and follow-up and payment was easy - all electronic. Highly recommended.

Orlando was an excellent lead for this complex job. My home has over 16 ducts and is on 2 systems. He walked me through each step and made me feel comfortable with how the process worked. Orlando also showed me the equipment he would be using and were he was going in my home. Anthony did an awesome job working through all the ducts and was very efficient. I can’t rate Anthony higher on how polite and kind he was! Great job. The price was $875 for a 2500 square foot home! Best of all it was done right!

Atlantic Duct Cleaning's team of technicians, Orlando and Anthony, were extremely professional and provided outstanding service. They showed up on time, were courteous and very informative; they let me know exactly what they were going to do. They were clean and efficient; they wore and used all the necessary equipment to maintain a clean work place (it was like they were not there). They provided me updates on what they were doing. Every question I asked they answered. And when they completed the service they provided "before" and "after" pictures of the vents to show me the results (awesome!!). Their professionalism and courtesy are why I will recommend Atlantic Duct Cleaning to my friends.

James and Jose P. were awesome. We got torrential downpours this morning (the morning of the dryer vent cleaning) and a ton of roads were closed. They called to let me know they'd only be a few minutes late. They got here, and were efficient and (it seemed to me) very thorough. Will definitely schedule my next dryer vent cleaning with Atlantic Duct Cleaning.

EDIT: It's been a year since my original review, and Nelson and Carlos S. just came out to clean our dryer vent again. They were great and very respectful. My dog also loved them. Very happy, yet again!
