There are a couple of bad apples in the bunch! I’m mad one of the guards was given my Amazon package and he disappeared with the box. We have him on camera! The business told my manager they don’t handle packages. The guard said the box was badly damaged and he could see inside the box was empty. A lie as we saw everything on camera. Yet they still continue to send this guard to our building after being told he wasn’t wanted if he’d steal from the residents. I asked him where was my box and he replied he threw it away. On CCTV, the box was observed whole and intact. How can you condone your employee stealing from seniors? There are a couple of great guards but some are giving your business a bad name.

Very unprofessional individuals. Do not work here unless you want to wait at home for a post for months. Work elsewhere.
