  Jason arrived on the day promised, he was very professional and quickly repaired our clothes washer.
  I do wish US Appliance called the prior day or early on the morning of repair to narrow the window on when they would arrive from the window provided the prior week by Maytag, which was 9 am to 5 pm.

  Our ice maker had been overproducing ice for a long time, tried to fix ourselves. After call several repair shops Jason was the only one that answered, gave us an appointment, sent a text as a reminder, showed up and quickly repaired the problem. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend his services.

  The repair technician arrived on time and immediately went to work on our washing machine problem . He identified the problem right away and fixed . us. Jason was very professional and pretty much knew what the problem was I appreciate his attitude very much and would rate him an outstanding technician!

  Jason is amazing. He showed up on a Saturday in an emergency and fixed my dishwasher better than it was brand new!! His work is excellent and the price is right. I highly highly recommend him!

  Our washer suddenly went up on us at the beginning of doing our weekly laundry and with two kids and a dog, it piles up quickly. We were fortunate enough that US Appliance Repair was able to get to us the same day and diagnose the potential issue. The technician was very honest and upfront about what he believed was the issue but he could not be sure until he installed the new part. I very much appreciated that honesty.
  
  We were told it typically takes a week for the part to come in and I told him about our issues with the kids and asked that should the part come in early, we would appreciate anything he could do to get it installed asap.
  
  Two days later the part arrived and we received a text that night that he would be at the house first thing in the morning. Sure enough, he was there and the issue was fixed. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend US Appliance Repair!
