I have always had a great experience when I have had to come in. From the receptionist to the X-ray tech and the doctor. Since I don't have a primary Doc yet and this is covered by my insurance it's pretty convenient to just pop in and get things taken care of overall no complaints.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would! Under no circumstances should you go here. I came in twice, the first time I had to leave because the front desk bimbo couldn't figure out how to verify my insurance after 5pm. Went back the next morning, since she could now call the insurance company to confirm, and she still couldn't figure it out. Meanwhile I'm super sick and trying to stay conscious, but what does she do? Tells me that unless I pay an outrageous amount upfront that I can't be seen, and sends me out. Nearly fainted in the parking lot. It's clear that this office (and honestly our health care system in general) cares more about making a quick buck off of sick people. And this clueless front desk idiot's name is Ashley, and is the most apathetic and rude person imaginable, and should not be working in healthcare or with people at all.

I agree with Travis. Some of the worst healthcare treatment experienced was from here. There is no customer service. I have had several negative experiences with an x-ray technician and the office manager, and recently a doctor, for providing inefficient customer service. It put a cloud over my whole day, and they need to do better.

Clean with courteous staff. Doctor was through and informative. Seemed to wait a long time, but when your sick everything seem to go slow except the pain and sick feeling.

Worst Health Care Ever!! Their service is so bad and terrible that i rather suffer than going here. The front desk lady always has an attitude and think she all that. The nurse don't really know exactly what they doing. The Jamaican Doctor don't have a clue of what and how the symptom cause. Why is there so much Jamaican doctor there? I guess they couldn't afford an actual experience good doctor. The wait is at least 2 hour even though no one is there. The price is over sky high with big time rip-off. The doctor see you less than 2 minute and charge over $130 for the service. I would not and never recommend this service to any one.
