i too have had a great experience with Brandy I've seen the new manager but haven't yet spoken with him seem on top of thing an attentive haven't yet moved but saw the inside was supper nice very impressed how nice an clean✨things were updated floors professional painting was a gloss semi maybe loved that hate flat paint also loved that in the office they have a certificate for a weekly pest control park an pool for kids over all loved it five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best place I've seen in the area

Brandy is amazing not only does she go beyond her job , but is very responsive to emails. I am not a resident there just yet but I am going to see them and when I called her she was more than willy to put me on hold and go find out the answer for me I am having a hard time find a place and she was willing to bring me in to help. That goes to tell me she is a person who care about her residents. Management should be very pleased 5 stars all the way!!

I've lived here for almost a year and I like it. When I first moved in there was a insect/bug problem, but now that pest control comes out to the apartments weekly we haven't had a problem with roaches or any other bugs since!! People on here keep complaining about roaches, but it has a lot to do with how you clean and who your neighbors are. The office staff Jason and Gena are very attentive and humorous. There is also a police and security guard who patrol the area at night. If you're looking for an affordable complex with management who honestly cares about you I recommend here.

Haven't moved in yet but so far it seems to be really nice including the staff all I see are negative reviews kids are only bad and out of control because of the parents when you have parents played up in the house while your kids outside that's she results so that's not the appartment fault it's your fault as a parent and that's everywhere not only at apartments but at the store or mall so get out your feelings and be honest with yourself bye and have a nice life.

DONT EVER MOVE HERE MY GRANDMOTHER LIVED HERE 5 years !! NEVER HAD A ISSUE WITH USING THE POOL !! Until these new managers came and started makinh up stupid rules . They made my cousins 3, 5 , 8 years old get out the pool ! The kids started crying mind you that nobody is even using the pool !! Thats just crazy ! THAT WANNA BE COP OUT HERE HARRASSING PPL ! Just cause I told his ass off now he harrassing my GRANDMOTHER!

Super upset, the big problem is so bad, I have been telling them to please come spray around the apartment, my daughter is only 2 years old and her room is the worst, brown recluse spiders in her room, and around 5:30am this morning was a damn scorpion, it got her foot, I didn't know what it was due to it still being dark outside and having little light in her room, I reached for her foot thinking she is freaking out over plastic being on her foot, I literally grabbed it and it stung me. So I'm highly upset. I'm thinking what else can be in her room.

Been living out there going on 7 years. The Mangers are very nice and helpful.. Never had any problems getting things fix when need too.. Very clean pools and areas to let the kids play outside.. I love it.
