I cannot emphasize enough how incredible Kris- the manager was. She went above and beyond to make the day special for my girl. She was so interactive and patient with the kids and just all around the best customer service I’ve had a trampoline park.

This is my second visit, the place seems great. Today is a holiday and the manager cares about the children's safety and fun. She even made a game among the children to get little gifts. Sounds like a great dynamic! It was a spectacular afternoon! Thanks for your great work!

Fun place, clean with really friendly staff. They have a great play structure, a small trampoline area, climbing walls, slides, a ball pit, a ball cannon and a few arcade games. Plus a nice big parents lounge. My kids aged 7-10 loved it here.

Great place! I took my 3 kids, ages 1, 7, and 12. My oldest had fun although I wouldnt recommend it for kids over 10. It was clean for the most part. The prices are great and my youngest was able to run around in the gated small kids area. Watch out for bigger kids going in there though, as its not monitered. You can wear your own socks and bring your own food and drinks. Big plus!

My only complaint is the rock walls. That seemed to be the favorite and it was only opened up 1 time in the 2 hours we were there. They can only do 2 walls at a time and it was open for maybe 30 minutes. I was told it was do to cleaning and the number of staff working. However, nothing else was cleaned that everyone was touching. Also, there was 1 person working the register and 3 others standing around talking!!

    So plenty of staff.

I've been looking for an indoor playground so I can bring my 2 year old. This was the closest to our house.

When we got there, it was really packed. It was overcrowded. There weren't that much play areas.

If you have toddlers below 3 years old or kids smaller in size, this isn't the place for them. I noticed that the kids who go in this place are older kids from like 5 and above and even pre teens play a lot here, too. Don't get me wrong, it's good that kids that age still play, but the downside of it is if you have a younger/smaller kid, you would constantly worry if the bigger kids will bump into them or might unintentionally hurt them with something since older kids tend to be more aggressive when it comes to playing. They do have a toddler area, but even older kids get access to it cos no one is watching or guarding it.

I guess one good thing is that there are areas everywhere for parents to sit down and just watch their kids playing. There is also a snack bar if you guys get hungry, but there isn't enough choices or even tables to sit down and eat. I honestly don't feel that comfortable having my kid play around here cos it doesn't give me a "clean and good smelling" vibes.

It was our first time going to this place, and frankly speaking, it's also our last. I'm not going to bring my kid back here to play.

But if you really just wanna have your kids to play somewhere and don't care about everything I pointed out, go for it. It's still worth a try.
