  Everyone at Legacy Planning Law Group (Bill, Jeanette, Sarah, Cindy and Jessica) went above and beyond. They are all very kind and professional. Every time my daughter and I came in they always offered us something to drink. They are very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail to make sure we understood everything. They made the process of setting up a trust so easy. I would 100 percent recommend Legacy Planning Law Group to anyone that is looking into estate planning.

  Bill O'Leary and the staff at Legacy Planning Group are knowledgeable, kind, efficient and true professionals. They listened to what I needed and set up a trust exactly as I had hoped for. Very happy with their excellent service and would highly recommend them.

  Several years ago, Bill updated our estate plan. When my wife died recently, he and his team took me through the process to again update the plan to reflect my new circumstances. As before, the exercise demonstrated the exceptional knowledge and experience Legacy Planning Law Group has in estate planning matters. I am extremely pleased with the new plan and recommend the firm most highly.

  We first met Bill O'Leary when he was giving a small group seminar about estate planning. We had attended estate planning seminars in the past, but we were really impressed with Bill's expertise. We decided to have Legacy Planning create special needs trust funds for our sons. In the process, Bill advised us that our current family trust papers were suboptimal, so we ended up having Legacy revise both the trust and our powers of attorney. The folks at Legacy were all very friendly & made us feel very welcome. I hope that Legacy will open an office in Palm Coast soon; I'm sure there are many people in Palm Coast who would appreciate their services.
