Neil came out to quote the job and was professional and knowledgeable. He followed up and worked hard to get my business. We were having an old deck torn down and a new, larger one installed. They did a beautiful job with our deck and we love the look of it! There was a bit of a delay with the installer but the office was very good about communicating with us along the way and we were not in a particular hurry. The installer answered any questions we had along the way. Neil’s prices are very competitive as well. I would definitely use Exterior Experts again!

The installation of the roof was sub par. The crew left beer bottles all around my house and took 2 days to do a one day job. Each time a new leak appeared it took me months of trying to contact Mr. Snyder and the only way I could get a return call was submitting a complaint to MHIC. This happened 5 separate times over the 5 year warranty. Ended up having a roofer come by and repair 2 separate issues on the roof after the 5 year warranty to get the leaks to stop, including the flashing that was installed incorrectly. Lesson Learned. If someone only provides a 5 year warranty, they don't have confidence in the quality of their work.

Great job performed by Saul! Neil was in contact to set the expectations for the project. Deck is 18 years old and needed new face boards, railings, and steps replaced. Very satisfied with the work performed!

Neil is a great salesman. His on-site manger is really knowledgeable. Exterior Experts put a new roof on my home. I found out the attic fans they installed were wired incorrectly, as determined by a separate electrical contractor, and a breaker kept opening up in my breaker box. I contacted Neil and he has refused to talk to me. I have called several times, left messages, and even once talked to his office staff while he was standing there. He refuses to call me back to even discuss options. When Neil left after picking up his check, he said "you'll never see me again". I guess he was right.

I had new insulation and siding installed on the rear of my home in Baltimore. As a woman that is a homeowner, it is difficult to find contractors that are straightforward and honest. Neil provided a clear quote that was itemized and reasonable as well as photos of previous jobs he had completed that were similar. Highly recommend.
