Been here for 1 event and it was nice. The layout is a bit strange having the stage in the back corner but it was very cool to be able to get up close to the stage. Parking is easy since the lot is huge for the entire plaza and there is a pizza place in the front corner of the lot to grab something quick before a show.

A bit dingy on the inside but an absolute blast seeing a show here. You will feel like you have a front row view from almost the entire concert. 2 bar areas mean limited waiting time for booze, sufficient restroom stalls, and a semi private sitting area if the show gets you a bit tired. Love this place for metal shows and the acoustics are decent with loud music. Don't be put off by the strip mall vibe outside either. Also, convenience stores are within walking distance if you need a quick bite or tallboy. Recommended.

Awful and rude security staff. They over serve people until they are sloppy drunk and falling all over the place. Standing room only, so good luck not getting cheap beer and other people's sweat all over you. Or get punched by a random drunk, for that matter (that happened LAST time I was there to be fair. Improvement? No.)

In particular the blonde security guard with the round face is an awful rude and dispicable human being who used WAY too much invasion in her searching.

    Will never return back here.

So conflicted, because they bring acts that I would never get to see in the Capital Region otherwise. However, the venue is like the inside of an abandoned department store. The staff/security has been consistently rude for no reason in each of the 5 shows I have seen there. I will sometimes go, because they get interesting acts, but the experience (other than the music) is always poor.

Great venue and setup. The position of the stage makes it seem really personal, so it's safe to say not many huge artists are going to be there. I only went for the Conor Oberst concert back on 7/22, but I would definitely go back for just about anyone at a place like this

Up close and personal. Depending on the band you are elbow to elbow. Does get hot when it fills up. They do have great bands that come there. Not a bad place to go see a show.

Nice and tiny. You'll get right up to the stage if desired. Cheap drinks and cool staff

This place was ok. It wasn't the best. The sound needs to be address during a concert. It was terribly distorted. The bartenders "even though I was drinking coca cola" and security were exceptional.

I love going to shows here. Nice venue with 3 bars so you don't have to wait long for a drink. Affordable drink prices like you would get a local bar. It gets really hot during shows in the summer months and if you are short it can be hard to see sometimes.

I've only been here for three shows over the years, and if they had been playing anywhere else nearby I probably would have seen them there instead. The acoustics aren't great but somehow they do get some pretty decent artists to perform here.

It's an intimate venue with tight parking - I've only been here as a tour bus driver. The staff are always great to me. But the venue needs a new coat of paint.

I'm sure shows here are fine as I hear from my bands that they had a good time and good crowd.

Other reviews give this venue a bad name, but truthfully it is a pretty cool venue. Better than some others I've been to. The overall venue floor is alot bigger than I expected from seeing it on the outside. with a larger crowd it could be difficult to see the stage from some spots. The stage it is set lower and can be difficult for shorter people to see the bands on stage, but they have a standing deck which anyone can go on to get a better view. there are also structural pillars than can block views, but overall good venue and great sound. Clean bathrooms, coat check, 2 bars and a snack stand.

Good venue for some big acts. Go early and get close if you really like the band. Wish the stage was higher for better visibility but it's not a big place. Good parking and easy entrance and exit.

Starting off with the good security was great, and professional. They must of listened and cleaned out the bad apples. Now the rest which was not so pleasant.

When you entering the concert you are told to sign in. When you look closer it's a waiver to protect them if you get hurt. I'm no legal genius pretty sure that would not hold up in court. Plus not telling what your signing not cool.

The acoustics of the place are just awful. Worst I've ever experienced. All it would take is a investment of a few dollars to improve that. Guessing that won't happen.

Not a venue I would got out of my way for. Check my favorite bands else where.
