  Way too much trouble here. Purchased books and got overcharged so I had to go back and get that fixed, and made an online order that was for a gift that got back ordered and cancelled twice over the course of three weeks. Went in to figure out why this happened and was told they had sold out a long time ago and didn't have any left. Needless to say the items are still available online..and are in the "process" of being taken down. So much for a nice gift that I waited for to not receive.

  Horrible service, didn't have the books I needed and if they did they were over priced. I've walked away from this bookstore dissatisfied many times in the 3 years I've been at UNC. Never rent a book from here, if you don't return it (you have 3 days after ur class ends) they will charge you for the whole book, I tried to return my book 1 day late because they never sent me a notice of when it was supposed to be returned and was charged 200$ without even knowing it. They took money from my account and when I tried to fix the situation they would not refund my money. I tried to then sell them the book they charged me for to remedy the situation but they offered me an embarrassing amount. Originally I paid 88$ for renting, the rest I was charged was 200$ and what was the offer they were willing to pay for the same book a day later? 3 pathetic dollars. I left in tears
