  Employees are super nice kind! And bike is also very affordable.
  If you buy your bike in this store, it'll be more than safe. Because a mechanic will check your bike before you bring it.

  A little condescending and the price kept creeping up. I've been in to look around a few times, but I finally went in for service recently. The tech was knowledgeable and worked with me to find the right combination of adjustments. But the price charged for the basic service was higher than what was quoted fifteen minutes earlier.
  
  I was naive enough, however, to think there would be mention of a price for additional services. Each time I asked about an additional issue, an additional charge was added, without mentioning it at the time. It would have seemed more respectful to mention the cost that came with an adjustment. Then there were a few snarky comments thrown in along the way that, together with the growing price, left me with a satisfactory bike but an unpleasant and unsatisfactory impression.

  Awesome bike shop, plenty of options and competitive pricing. The staff is super helpful and know their stuff. I have also used their repair shop which was great as well!

  I've been happy with their repair work on my bike -- fast and reliable. That counts for a lot, especially with the constant
  threat of goathead thorns flattening my tires!
  
  Yes, I've encountered some arrogance with the management and workers. But I've come to accept this as a common attitude in bike culture. At Lee's, I've received respect and good service as well.
  
  They might be a bit pricey, but it's worth it when I can count on the work getting done right. I bought a new bike there; the price was reasonable after I asked them to take off the "extras" like speedometer and unnecessary lights, which had a high markup.
  
  I recommend Lee's -- they do know bikes! I can handle a little arrogance when I can trust their work.

  I wish I could be more positive about this location, but I can't. Here's why.
  
  I called a day ahead, wanting to rent 7 bikes from this shop for my family while we were visiting in town. The guy on the phone seemed a little casuallike he perhaps had had a bit too much of Colorado's state weed. He told me they always had plenty of bikes to rent and it should be no problem to pick them up the next morning when they opened.
  
  So, I packed my family in the van, and down to Lee's we drove. When we got there, just after they opened, there were only three bikes to rent. The customer service was pretty lousy. Honestly, it didn't seem like the gentleman at the counter really cared, or could answer a question straight.
  
  Suffice it to say, we were thoroughly disappointed. They did have some more expensive bikes to rent, but they weren't willing to rent them at the price of the other bikes that we had inquired about.
  
  We left very disappointed. Yes, I understand these things happen, but if you anticipate that, perhaps you could recommend that people reserve the bikes rather than saying that they would be there.
  
  I left so discouraged that I really didn't care if we got to bike in Fort Collins or not.

  I had my bike stolen just a few weeks ago. Unfortunately my bike was not found. The people at Lee's were super helpful in picking out a bike I needed that was in my price range. They were always willing to show me a few extra things to protect my bike and keep it this time. I will be going back there for all my bike needs!
