  Great service. Great advise and always willing to go the extra mile to keep my ride running right. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and low pressure. They always give me honest and practical advise. And there's a bar attached to the bike shop. I've had wheels built there and various other service/upgrades and the prices are always fair and the work is well done.

  I asked them to give my bike a full service, specifying if I needed to new tubes, tires, whatever I'd pay for it. Dropped it off Sunday, they said they'd have it done Tuesday. No one called me Tuesday and when I called I got pretty rude people tell me they hadn't even started and my bike wasn't even "done" until the following Sunday. The first time I rode it I got a flat, so they didn't even replace tubes or checked tires. I don't think I'd come back

  Straight forward, friendly and always offer helpful advice, I've only been here 3 times and on each occasion a different employee was working. Each time I got great customer service. Recently purchased a new bike online and asked them to check it over make sure I assembled it right and they hooked it up and tuned it and the price was way cheaper than anywhere I've ever been quoted for less. Plus got it back next day after dropping h it off just before close. Haven't tried the food but it's a bar in a bike shop they could be serving totinos and I'd be fine. I wouldn't be going there for the food anyways.

  Terrible shop. Stopped in my with boyfriend since he needed a specific part ordered through a dealer. They "ordered" the part and said would call us back when it arrived. We never got a call back so we stopped in a week later to check and see if the part arrived. The guy said it haven't arrived yet and we left. We stopped in another week later, just to find out the part was never ordered in the first place. He said they would call us when the guy who ordered the part came back to work and we never got a call. We never got a call from them period. Terrible service and very unorganized, I wouldn't recommend visiting.

  These guys are great. Super knowledgeable and chill. Even when they made a minor mistake they went above and beyond to make up for it and got my downhill bike in tip top shape! Plus awesome food and beer. Only shop I will go to!!
