Estimated time was 85 minutes. Okay fine seemed reasonable. 85 minutes passed then they finally decided they couldn't make the tow happen. Perfect thanks. Tow guy seemed nice over the phone

They didn't perform any services.
I had a flat tire and called my insurance for roadside assistance. After a 2.5 hour wait for them to get to me. I show them where the donut and tire changing things are in my vehicle, they claim I didn't have a jack, they also said my car was too low and they could not tow it then left me. I was stranded for another 2.5 hours before finally getting help somewhere else. This whole experience was unacceptable.

If you're in need of a tow, call these folks! Our guy (Brian) came to pick us up about 50 miles outside of Salt Lake City. My wife, dog, and I were taking a cross-country road trip and had a front tire blow out. Initially we called our insurance but they took more than 3 hours to respond.

Once we called Universal, they responded immediately and came out (50 miles) in about 1 hour (which was pretty prompt given the distance.) We couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

I called on a saturday to sell my junked car. They gave me a great quote and said they'll do it on sunday. Sunday I called and they said they were too busy and they would come monday. I was like ok, no big deal. Monday comes around and I call at 10 am to make sure I was scheduled for 5:30 PM. They told me yes, for sure. I call at 530 pm and they say they will come get it at 730. I call multiple times at 730 and finally a different guy calls me and offers a lower price and says, "the junk yard is closed, we will have to come tuesday." Super unprofessional, super inconsiderate. Extremely frustrating. Watch them delete this review. Dont do business with these people who lack integrity!
