They often doing something make people really confusing in tracking state, the tracking state could be delay for quite long time, and also sometimes marked items as delivered even it is not. So confusing!

They deliver to wrong buildings regularly, mark packages as delivered when they aren't, and sometimes even lose packages. They have no problem delivering junk mail but can't seem to deliver my packages. At least the letter carriers are nice but I'm seriously starting to wonder about their capabilities.

Clerk 17. 09/20/17. 10:40am. Literally yelled at me to come to her when her colleague was talking to me while I am waiting in line. Never going back. The epitome of rude. I would rather take my money to FedEx where I am treated with courtesy and respect.

This post office has a bunch of thieves working and everyone is complicit in the behavior. My packages have been stolen several times. Yellow package notification slips have been taken out of my mailbox and my package is no longer traceable. They expect you to forget or stop inquiring. I pay for a damn PO Box for security, never expecting internal USPS theft to be greater the the thievery that happens at your home.

Never have gone in but 2x in 6mo now they have lost very important pieces of mail that the government sent to use (like a passport). The first item eventually showed up about 4-5mo after the 2 or 3 Day express shipping was actually supposed to arrive and I still get a monthly update saying it is lost. Now a trip out of the country is in jeopardy because they lost another piece of mail in their post office that should have arrived 6 weeks ago per the State Departmentand people wonder why the USPS is struggling!

the laziest and the meanest people work there, no work ethics, no professionalism. once you want a refund for a guaranteed service that could not be fulfilled in advance, they pretend to helping you, make you to wait to transfer u to somebody else (after waiting about an hour), they hang up, and never reply your callings again within the office hours. they just don't want you to get your money back from them by spending your hours on phone until their office hour ends. and once you call with another number and told the same issue about your package, they immediately hang up!!!

1. They lied about attempting to deliver my package. We were home during the time that they claimed attempted delivery.

2. Their delivery notice lied, when it said that my package would be available for pickup at the post office at 10:00 am the next day. When I arrived at that time, they claimed that the package was out for delivery.

3. This post office has an extremely hazardous drive way. If you attempt to enter this P.O. from the south by making a right turn, you run the risk of damaging your car. My trip to retrieve the package (that they had already stolen or lost) cost me nearly $1000 to repair the wheels and replace the tires on the passenger side of my sports car.

4. They stole or lost my package. Tracking data from two sources confirm that the package was received by this post office.

5. General vent: Please people, can we finally acknowledge that any organization devoid of any semblance of a profit motive is guaranteed to provide intolerably poor service! USPS doesn't care, because no matter how poorly they perform, they won't go out of business.

This post office is a joke. Said they attempted delivery of an item that was ALREADY a day late but when I checked my door, no notice at all. I called the post office directly. No answer. So basically they lied and said they attempted to deliver it and they didn't. This is the second time this has happened to me when I purchased an oversized item.

I work in fulfillment in another state and I had a package mysteriously vanish here and of course no one answers the phone. I'm pretty sure it's not the first time this location has failed me.

The workers here do their very best with an antiquated system and rigid work hour requirements. Sometimes if the line is long they are not allowed to have another worker jump in to help, but it's due to their required break/work schedules.With post offices closing all over town, I am grateful for this location. It takes a little while sometimes but I have never had anything bad happen.
