If I could leave a negative star I would, horrible customer service, Gary is by far the worst representative I have ever dealt with. Do not leave your valuables in your vehicle that this company vallets for. When they break them they do not take accountability for it, they blame it on you. Another reason Providence needs to deter business, great job Gary, keep up the good work 👏 🤣 thorough review consists of asking the attendant, I went to the restaurant with a pair of working sunglasses and left with my sunglasses looking like this. Then they say they will give $50 towards a $250 pair of sunglasses, sounds like your admitting fault but don't want to pay the actual cost to replace them. Again, horrible customer service, you admitted fault, pay the price.

Great valet service, we are so happy we hired them for our wedding day! Bobby warned us our Friday night wedding at the Towers in Narragansett wasn't going to be an easy operation in terms of finding street parking for our guestsbut the attendants made it happen and really made it so convenient for our guests! A very professional and great quality service, highly recommend!

United Parking handled the valet service for my daughter's wedding this past weekend and I cannot thank them enough! Everything went perfectly from the first time I scheduled the event with Bobby to the wedding day. The valets were very professional. They attended so nicely to our elderly guests who needed a bit more TLC, and they seamlessly transitioned between the ceremony location to the reception location, which were not far from each other. When you have so much to worry about it is nice to know that this is one thing that is well handled.

Hands down the best valet company out there. Start to finish everything was set up perfectly and went extremely smooth! United parkings employees are always well dressed and very professional. Having worked in event planning for 15+ years I have NEVER had such amazing service. Bobby and team team went above and beyond to make sure every single guest was taken care of. No one felt rushed, they were kind to our older guests, organized and QUICK. Bobby and his team will be the only service we use from this point forward! Do yourself a favor - book with United Parking Valet!!!

The Providence Public Library utilized United Parking Valet for it's annual gala in April 2017 and was more than impressed. The staff was polite, professional, and detail oriented greeting each guest as they arrived and handling the rush at the end of the event with class and ease.

Punctual, courteous, professional and always accommodating. United Parking is top notch and provides an unparalleled valet experience. The valets are professional not only in appearance but also in their manner. They have accommodated private home valet requests as well as busy, downtown event locations for parties ranging from 30 -500 guests. United Parking is a positive addition to any event.

United Parking was a pleasure to work with for our annual holiday party at The Providence Public Library. On a night when the Trans-Siberian Orchestra was in town and there was not a parking spot in sight, United Parking was able to accommodate all of our 175+ guests seamlessly and professionally. The drivers were so friendly they could have doubled for hosts or greeters. The team put a smile on everyone's face. Truly a delight!
