This is the third time in 12 months I have invited Expert Plumbing into my home to make a repair. This time it was to replace an ejector sump pump in my basement. Knowing that it was important that we get it done quickly so that we could use the washroom and laundry room, they made room in a really busy schedule and sent out one of their great plumbers. He was in and out in less than a couple of hours, and of course we have a new pump. You cannot go wrong hiring these guys! Boom!

Lukasz installed a new water valve for our refrigerator. He is highly professional and pleasantly personable. He offered us two solutions for the problem and did an excellent job delivering the solution we chose. I highly recommend him and I will definitely call him if I ever need a good plumber to fix our problem.

Lucasz replaced three faucets as well as replacing the metal pipes under the bathroom sinks with plastic piping. He was so patient and pleasant. His work is exemplary and I will definitely call Expert Plumbing Services in the future. And, did I mention the cost was reasonable. You get quality service at reasonable prices.

Had problem with my sump pump and hot water heater not keeping up with hit water demand. In fact it was old water heater and I knew will need to be replaced as some point. Chris from Expert came to my house. very polite and presentable young Man. I went over all issues I’m experiencing and without heditation he pinpointed problems. He gave me solution which was really noce and explained every one of them. I decided to go with tsnkless hot water heater and battery back up system. He worked hard till late evening to make sure everything is buttoned up and I’m not left without hot water nor sump pump. Highly recommend professional installation. Great service from start to finish. Thank you Chris and all staff ar Expert plumbing.

Lukasz was awesome. Timely, professional, honest and very knowledgable. We had a long-overdue, costly and annoying (not to mention embarrassing) plumbing job that we called Expert Plumbing to evaluate today (8/30/2017). Needless to say, I thought it was going to be one of those, "we'll give you a call when we have all the parts" kind of repair, but Lukasz jumped right on it and finished it in less than four (4) hours. Estimate and cost were right on the money, and we've got this embarrassing plumbing job under control. Whoever reads this should know I have confidence in this company returning for another job with another property very soon. ALL THUMBS UP!! Thanks Lukasz!

I used Expert Plumbing Service for the first time this week. They sent out a rep named Chris. I can tell you that he was extremely honest about the work that needed to be done and was not pushy about me doing the work. He sat with me and thoroughly explained his plan of attack and the chances that he would be successful. I asked him a lot of questions and felt that he had a good chance of fixing my problem so I asked him to start immediately. Chris never wasted a minute of time while he was on the clock and used a lot of professional equipment while he worked. He completely fixed my problem and put all the pipes and fixtures back in place. I would highly recommend that if you need emergency work that you not only call this company but that you DEMAND that Chris is the one that comes to your home. Chris did the job and in a timely fashion. He arrived on time for the appointment. My only complaint is the VERY high cost of repair for something that did not take very long-and I already had the part. Customer Service was very good when they had to reschedule due to emergency repair for a business client.

Called Expert Plumbing for a clogged Kitchen drain pipe. Spoke with Teresa who was very nice and helpful.. She had Lucas at our home within 2 hours. Lucas was professional, courteous, polite, thorough and clean He could not have done a better jobHe thoroughly explained what he was going to do and how much it would cost I would recommend Expert and specifically Lucas to anyone needing plumbing work.

We had a problem with a water heater that worked when it wanted. We knew it needed to be replaced and called a couple of contractors. When we called Expert plumbing, they were very professional and efficient. The technician that came to do the estimate was friendly and informative. I learned a lot from him. He educated without trying to "sell" me. I appreciate that. We took a couple of weeks to make our decision and when we called Expert they installed our new water heater promptly and at a reasonable cost. I was very pleased with the service.

As a long time customer I've always had great experiences with Expert. They are true professionals. I had them replace a toilet recently. It was a round front builders special. Art their technician give me some choices from fixing the toilet to replacing with several high end elongated models. I've always wanted an elongated model. The job was done cleanly and professionally. I never call another plumber.

Had them come to my house in Naperville after our basement had flooded. Was looking for a permanent fix. Had there service tech (Arthur) come and install a sump pump system with a backup system. Very professional work can sleep soundly seeing the quality of work that was produced.

We have used Expert Plumbing in our home for over 10 years. They have always been professional and very prompt to respond. Lukasz K was their representative for a problem with our ejector pump. He diagnosed the problem and presented us with several options to repair or replace the pump. He presented the pros and cons of each option and let us make the decision. Once we decided to replace, he was very efficient and attentive to detail and his work. He gave us an estimate of the time it would take; he was within a few minutes of that estimate in finishing the job. He explained the process and showed us the steps he was going through during the installation. He was also very attentive to ensure that the whole operation was clean. I would recommend Expert Plumbing or Lukasz K to anyone with home plumbing issues.

Was in a pinch doing electrical service myself. Glad they called but the tech they sent out didn't want to stay late on a Friday. So he made a bunch of bs work on his quote and I declined. Had a guy over the next morning that did the job without "Having to move the water heater". About a tenth of the job price. Called the company on Monday and am still waiting on a call back from a supervisor. I would not recommend this company by all means.

Excellent Service. Phil J. was very personable, took care of the issues I had quickly and efficiently, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Phil noted that our Hot Water Tank was fairly old, but still in good shape, and also showed me some knowledgeable options for a Hot Water tank when we feel we're ready to replace our existing one. I would definitely use Expert Plumbing Services again and highly recommend their services.
