Drivers were professional and pleasant. Vehicles were clean and well maintained. I did reserve a Sprinter van and that was replaced with multiple vehicles. Disappointing but it worked out.

We have used United Limo a number of times over the last couple of years. They provide prompt quoting , consistent communication, and highly professional service. We have have used them a number of times for transportation to and from Logan Airpot, and they are always on time - even when return flights are delayed by hours! Their vehicles are pristine and the drivers have always been professional and courteous. We'd like to give specific praise to Chenier, who couldn't be more enjoyable to ride with! We will certainly be using Unite Limo Group again!

Paul and Singh were amazing! We were stranded with a broken down rental car and the company was unresponsive for hours. I called United Limo and they fit us in even though they were booked. Paul assured me they would come to our rescue and in an upgraded vehicle. Our driver was Singh and he was delightful, safe and accommodating! This was not our original plan, but being 2 hours from the airport, we were so happy to be well taken care of by United! We were delivered in style to our hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the service!
