Landrum Staffing is a great company. They are fast at placing you in a working field. Also they are very friendly and treat you with the up most respect.

This is a great company very professional and helpful. I recently went through this company and my point of contact was Ms. Tina Collins she made the process seamless and she was so professional and pleasant she kept me informed through the entire application process, I had my screening and interview with the client they represent all with in less than a week. I am pleased to say thanks to Landrum HR and especially Ms. Tina Collins I start my new career this week. Kudos to Landrum HR in Pensacola!!!!!!!

I recently moved to this area and was having the worst time finding a good job. The same day I registered with Landrum Staffing, I got a call back and was working the following week. Now, six months later with their assistance, I have found my dream job!! Thank you to all the staff for all of their hard work and for helping me to achieve my dreams and goals! If you want a professional staffing company to get you started with your job search, don't look any further! Thank you again Tina!!! I am so blessed and grateful for you and your company!!!

This place seems to be geared more towards fungible, mundane, industrial labor than actual professional, career type jobs. Which appears to work to their fiduciary advantage. There were quite a few people the day that I rolled in, waiting patiently in the front foyer. I needed a job, but a cattle call wasn't in my plans.
They won't help you find a job, other than directing you to their 1990s-era website, with the attendant lack of functionality and user interface appeal. Again, I suppose that they don't have to try very hard because they have the industrial accounts for their bread and butter income.
Pensacola and its environs are tough markets for job seekers. It sad that one of the most popular employment agencies is so useless and apathetic.response / report this review -

This staffing service has been a huge blessing to my family. I had already been working at what I THOUGHT was my dream job, when I found out I was pregnant. I began experiencing complications almost immediately and my former employers could've cared less. They cared so much, they let me go. Long story short, I ended up losing my little angel at 15 weeks. As soon as I was cleared medically, I called Landrum and expressed that I was ready to get back to work. They worked above and beyond to not only get me back used to going back to work, but they checked on me and constantly made sure I knew they were there for me. A few temp jobs later, I was placed at the job I'm at now. Yesterday, I received an email, letting me know I was going to be hired PERMANENTLY!! I can't express enough how grateful I am to the entire staff at Landrum for helping me pick myself up out of such a tragic place and helping me find my real dream job!! The opportunities are endless at Landrum and the staff there is PRICELESS!! Thank you for letting me be a part of your commercial campaign, thank you for being so attentive and compassionate. Most of all, Thank You for being such an awesome organization that goes above and beyond for the sake of their employees. God Bless!!!

People would always tell me never go to Landrum because they will never call you. But something just told me to keep applying for all of their jobs. My experience with them has been nothing but good. No complaints. Very professional and helpful staff.

I read some of the reviews and feel for the people whose experience wasn't what they expected. What I can say is that my "looking for a job" experience was 0. I recently retired from the military and as much as people think that once that happens you're set for life, that's just not true. Landrum helped prepare me for getting back out here in the "civilian" world after 20 years and made this process 100 times less stressful than it would've been. I completed my process with Landrum on a Friday and by that following Friday i had a job interview and by Tuesday, i was working. I was out of work for only 2 weeks, which was 2 weeks too long, and I have Landrum to thank for that. The staff was great with my process, checking up on me once I started working, letting me know what I needed to do if I decided that the position I was working just wasn't for me or otherwise. As much as Landrum was here to assist me in finding a job or even a career, I knew I had to do my part and make sure the Landrum staff new what I wanted. This was my first time having to use this type of service and Landrum.you set the bar high. Thank you!

I did not see much by submitting online interests with Landrum, even when already registered. I saw MUCH BETTER results once I called in and talked to a staff member, UPDATED my info, and got in for new testing and registration. Whether they place you or not (I have worked in TWO different jobs with Landrum with fairly good results), their staff are very friendly and professional. I am upgrading them to a four star because not every staffing agency in town has friendly or even competent staff, but Landrum DOES. They also have tutorials if you need to improve test scores, M-TH 1-3 pm.

Wonderful people and very helpful. If you want a position you must stay active on their job site as well as stay in touch weekly. I have worked five positions with them and pay varies from one assignment to another , however, keep in touch so they know what you are truly about and what you would like to do. Always be kind and professional with all you do. My only dissatisfaction is that they do not have ratings or comments for the employees about the clients they place you with. Otherwise, good, good, good 🌞
