John, Mrs. Mary and all the crew have always gone out of their way to help me with whatever problems my scooter has. John is a compassionate, understanding businessman and has never done me wrong. I consider John and Mrs. Mary a part of my family. If you want to go to a small engine mechanic that'll tell it like it is and fix all your scooter/atv needs at a reasonable price and in a timely manner, don't go ANYWHERE but Ultra Power Sports!! 👍👍✔️✔️💯

I purchased a brand new buddy 50 from them about a month ago and I love it! Brought it in for the first servicing and to get oil yesterday and they did everything I asked. It runs very well. The owners are very nice and do what they can for you. They even told me the best person to call for the new liability insurance on it and I got a great rate. Ultra power sports is the place to go!!

Worse experience ever---do NOT FINANCE through them. They increased my payoff and tried to get more $$ out of me than what I actually owed them. Dealing with the owner is a joke. When I called him to talk about it, he would always tell me his wife wasn't in the office (Accounting), so I'd have to call backand when she was there, she always just put him on the phone anyways!! He's great at giving people the run around and taking advantage of people. Stay awaytake your business elsewhere.
