I've been a customer with them for a very long time and have always had good service. And, they also work on my daughter's vehicle and have never taken advantage of her.

I have come here on three separate occasions, the first time simply to get a plug put in a leaking tire, which they did well enough. The other two times I had dropped a vehicle off to be looked at the first time the night before after being told on the phone that it would be troubleshot first thing in the morning. After being told that they would not be able to get to the vehicle that day I had a little bit of understanding doing maintenance for a living myself I know that a 30 minute job can turn into several hours from something as simple as a stripped bolt so things don't always go as planned, however after being told to return the following Saturday since the vehicle in question was needed to commute to work with, I experienced the same lack of service and was told that I would have to bring it back again. Why this place does not or will not schedule service is beyond me but I've wasted enough time having my vehicle sit there only to not be looked at after being told otherwise.

My initial review of this place was great. Until my most recent visit. I took a trailer tire in to be mounted and balanced, and was charged $35. My husband, thinking that was higher than he expected, went in later, asked the same person how much that service would be, and was told $20.
Apparently, there is a $15 fee for being female. I won't be back.response / report this review -

Great experience every time! Friendly staff, welcoming waiting are both for parents and children, and service is always performed in a timely manner. Highly recommend. ✌

Have gotten great used tires here in the past and have been very happy. This morning I was short on time and had a slow leak in one of my tires. I called and they didn't have my size tire in stock but he said to come on down and would check it out as maybe they could just patch it. He knew I was short on time and got me in and out very quickly and it just turned out that I had a bad valve on my tire that he was able to fix. This is the reason I prefer small, local businesses. I will be back!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Best prices around town and they even brought me home while my car was being repaired and offered to pick me up from my house when it was finished. I've had both of my vehicles repaired here and and both experiences were great.

The owner Bobby is super nice and great to deal with. He will make sure your car is taken care of - satisfaction guaranteed. His prices are good; much better than a dealer. I also work nearby and they have always gracious about driving me to and from work so the car can be worked on while I'm at work- no waiting around. Use TAG next time you need a reliable mechanic.

Been living in NC about 9 years and started going to Car Fix. They were great, friendly, trustworthy, did a good job, very helpful, and had great prices. 1 day we noticed T. A. G. Automotive and figured what the heck it's closer so let's give it a try. Oh my goodness gracious me oh my what a difference in a fantastic way. Much more friendlier, did a wonderful job and faster, overwhelmingly wanting to make you satisfied, and outstanding prices. Decided to to Car Fix for something instead of T. A. G. and boy oh boy what a huge mistake, but Bobbie Venito the owner of T. A. G. and his fantastic staff understood with no problem or hard feelings and fixed everything for 1/4 of the price. Will never Never stray from T. A. G. again, major mistake.
