Would not recommend them at all, we had closed on our loan with them on May 8th 2018. I had questions on some of there procedures as far as foundations go and we were having a porch put on as well, Premier homes back out of a closed loan with the statement they did not want to build us a problem. If this is the kind of service you want on one of the biggest purchase you will make in life then they are the one. Just dont ask any questions about foundations or any other structural concerns..

My husband and I purchased a home from Premier Homes last year. Everyone was great from start to finish. The office staff was very helpful, the set up crew was quick and efficient. The service crew was very professional and took care of everything. I would highly recommend Premier Homes! They know what customer service means!!!

Nothing but praise for Premier Homes. My wife and I purchased our home almost a year ago from Premier Homes and had a teriffic experience. We were went through the showroom models and finalized everything with ease. When it came time to receive and setup our new home we were amazed at the speed at which it was erected and we were able to move in. We had a great first home buying experience with Premier homes and found their staff to be personable and professional. I would certainly recommend Premier Homes to anyone in the market for a new home!

Purchased our home from Premier Homes last year. From the initial sale, to the setup, finish and final walk through everything went as promised. I and have would recommend Premier Homes to anyone looking for a new home. The sales set up and service staff are polite, knowledgeable, and professional.
Its a breath of fresh air these days to find and friendly and honest group like this.

We purchased a home from Premier Homes. We received great help from our sales person, Cheryl. If we had a question, concern or needed service the people at Premier Homes did everything to help us get it done quickly. I would not only recommend Premier Homes, I have already. We send people down to Farmersburg to have them talk to Tim or Cheryl. not only did we buy a home we made some friends.

My husband and I just purchased our new home from Premier Homes in Farmersburg Indiana. In the begining they were very helpful and nice people to work with. Once we placed the order their attitudes changed. Cheryl the sales rep we were working with actually so rude on the phone that she hung up on me without answering any of the questions I had. Our house set for days without anyone coming to work on it. The house itself is very nice Commodore does a good job. I would recommend that type of home just don't purchase it from this dealer
