Very impressed with the quality of work we received. Our original plan was to go to Lumber Liquidators in Fayetteville to try and match the wood from our kitchen into the living room.Save yourself a trip and don't waste your time going over there. When we arrived asking for advise/ questions in the quality of wood, we were treated like we shouldn't even be there. Unhappy with the customer service/ products they offered we called USA Flooring and spoke with Jason O'Bryant. Wow- what a difference! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He gave us some great options with SOLID WOOD flooring (which is pretty unheard of nowadays) and we decided to purchase the flooring. I asked when they could install, and he casually said next week, I was so surprised and happy we scheduled right on the spot! He delivered the wood to our home 2 days later so that it could acclimate to the climate, Tuesday 11/21 a crew of 3 men showed up and had my beautiful oak floors installed with quarter round in less than 6 hours! I am SO happy we went with USA flooring- we will NEVER go back to Lumber Liquidators.. EVER AGAIN. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience and a great product BEFORE Thanksgiving :)

I have used them twice in the last year or so they had a new manager and she was amazing! She helped me pick out carpet that was perfect for my home, I had to come back for a another area and she remembered my exact carpet. Everything was ordered and installed super fast. They guys that came out both times were amazing and fast! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring

Have not had them done for me yet. However, I came to their store and talked to a lady upfront and was told to leave contact info. so they can contact within a day or two. So sad, it has been a week, still no call at all. This will let me know the service quality of theirs. Will not go there anymore.

Great customer service! Worked with my wallet and my schedule! Called these guys after Lowes failed to do the job promised, these guys knocked it out in a fraction of the time I was waiting on Lowes to get their head out of their ass. Estimated and completed work within a week! Love it, would definitely do business again!

This new management/ownership has terrible customer service. After waiting weeks for our flooring to come in, I called and Annie had not even ordered it. She stated she left a message asking a question, but we never received a message, and we had already paid. Then supposedly a truck broke down, adding another week to the timeline. Then, they said they would deliver it before 12:00 and when calling at 3:00, it "had been a busy day." I get stuff happens, I get trucks break, but the lack of communication unless we initiated it, is not good customer service. Also, Annie's husband was the person who came to measure for the flooring. He seemed alright, but bragged about how much better the store is and how bad it was before. We've had completely the opposite experience. The service we had in the past was much better.

These people are so nice until they get there money that everything changes. Two weeks later and my floors are still not right, I have called twice for Annie, she doesn't even have the time of day. But they have their half its the installer that doesn't get paid. They rip off Veterans. Think about paying double just because your a Vet,and because there the middle man. If I could zero stars I would.
