  I was pleased with the over all experience. I had no idea how in depth this process was but I have been more than happy work the success of having a dry basement. I since remodeled without the worry of having water damage. I love that there is also a lifetime warranty included. No doubt I would recommend them.

  Very disappointed in this company. They “restored” our foundation 3 years ago after we noticed a small leak on one wall when it rained. They admitted to breaking our main sewer pipe, so it smelled like a sewer for months after, until they could come repair it. Each time they come to fix their previous mistakes they say whoever the company sent last did a terrible job. Each time they come we have to move all of our belongings and everything gets covered in dust and they aren’t able to fix the issue. The basement has a musty smell that wasn’t there before and the finished product just looks terrible. I’m concerned our foundation is in worse shape now than it was before because I never noticed a wet smell before. We paid $18k and it was a huge mistake to hire this company.

  Very fast and friendly crew! Got the job done in 2 days with no short on quality! I have an older home with a “creepy”, dusty old basement that had mass amounts of water coming in with the rain. No more moisture and smells much better! They have a great warranty and accommodated us for future installs where they were not able to install presently! Even recommended them to a friend who used their services! Customer service reps are also friendly with short wait times! Very fast and friendly crew!   Crew was very professional kept everything clean and tidy covered floors furniture moved things that were necessary so they can complete the job. Answered all questions that me and my husband needed answered when the job was getting done told us everything they found when digging out the previous waterproofing system. Fixed all foundation problems which is fantastic cuz we didn't know we had that problem because the cracks were so well hidden. After the job was done and they did the concrete they added some additional concrete that we needed down in the basement behind the washer/dryer which was fantastic, they leveled out the concrete pad without us asking. Cleaned up very nicely no dust no debris took all plastic off cleaned up everything they left behind. Very satisfied with the work and completion of the process indoor and outdoor. They tested out the water system before sealing up everything and I feel like everything was done correctly and professionally. After that my husband had a walk-through with the manager on site he explained everything that was done helped my husband hook up the washer and dryer again so we could wash our clothes which was awesome. The Cincinnati ever dry location always called to keep us updated and asked us if we had any concerns and asked about the cleanliness. Had no complaints would definitely recommend them to friends and family my experience was smooth. Thank you so much ever dry now I feel so much more comfortable being in my basement knowing that it's completely waterproof. Im hoping they keep their word on the lifetime warranty. We did spend a lot of money so we're putting our trust in this company.

  I had a great experience with everdry. I had a pretty big job, bowing and sliding block foundation wall, with water leaking in. They went above and beyond my expectations, they were kind courteous, and professional. Any questions I had were quickly addressed and any concerns I had were put to rest with included services that I did not expect. I would gladly trust them with any future jobs I may need done.
