  Outstanding service and speedy placement. They are really dedicated to placing you somewhere where you will be happy. After three other employment services dropped the ball Faith @ Vector Technical worked hard to make it happen. These guys are amazing.

  I turned to Vector when I needed them most. My information was taken by Faith Everett, and within two weeks I had a job offer at a company that respects their employees. Vector listens to people and their needs. I am now able to spend Christmas this year with my family instead of being separated 300 miles away. Faith and her company took my needs into consideration, and gave me a huge break when I needed it most.

  I was in need of getting a jump on my career. Every place wanted experience but I just graduated with little internship experience to back me up. They understood this at vector and changed my mindset to market myself as a tool that a company could attach to and mold me as they needed and this opened my opportunities. Even after the first few options did not go far, they kept on openings until eventually an opportunity appeared from a basic operator position. When I interviewed at the company they expressed interest in developing a process Engineer role from someone who had the hands on experience in the shop. I worked for a few months as basic labor but by the time they hired me from Vector, I was essentially the second person in the command chain. Vector did an exceptional job at staying on top of positions that they knew about and helping me find an opening that could jump start my career!

  I can honestly say vector technical is by far my best employer. When I first came to vector I was a little bit skeptical because I've worked for other agencies and I never had the security of being permanently placed in not only a position but a career that I love. Since day one the employees have been with me every step of the way, any questions or concerns I've had, has always been met and answered. The employees are very professional and welcoming. Vector technical gets to know you so they can match you with a job you will definitely thrive in. I would really like to personally thank Hilary, my recruiter for always being here for my needs day or night . I feel that the employees here go above and beyond but Hilary personally has helped me when I needed to get to work and anything I've needed so thank you so much😉. I made the right choice and I wouldn't change it. Keep it up Vector technical
