  On my first visit I was discriminated against for being ill with MRSA and refused help even though I was terribly ill. The office staff loudly discussed my health information in the lobby before they kicked me out so I could drive all the way back to Pasadena cryingoh and btw my Dad had just died the evening before and I called them on the phone and instead of offering me a new appt. They let me drive there after I called them crying hysterically about six times. So then after many many phone calls complaining to Christopher Franco and Mark a receptionist that feels he has the right so share your personal medical info with whomever he likes even when you didn't ask him to do so, I finally got another appointment almost a month later. They did not call me to fix it I had to call them REPEATEDLY demanding another appt. During this appt, Dr.Mendholson found two big problems in my throat just as I had been saying for the last 6 years!!!!! I had a polyp on my right vocal chord ( and I am a singer or was a singer until this problem developed and now I cannot sing at all) and 2 of my 4 tonsils the ones down in my throat were enlarged about 3 times the normal size. He also stated there was a lot of pus in my throat that wasn't supposed to be there ( probably full of staph ), which is what the M.D.. Dr Swanson told me 2 months prior. green pus in my throat but she didn't know why? Then he asked what Insurance I had A TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE QUESTION DURING A DR. VISIT!!!!! as soon as I said Medicare, he prescribed Speech Pathology? How in the world would that fix a polyp and 2 terribly infected tonsils that are feeding pus to me all day? I also can barely talk without pain and he wants me to go talk MORE? I have filed a complaint with medical and am retaining a lawyer I am also getting another opinion of course because in my opinion Dr. Mendholson is an uncaring cheap ass and also in my opinion not very intelligent or just willing to keep me suffering and sick ? Maybe if he took out the tonsils I would feel better? The polyp needs to be removed talking won't dissolve it freeing my vocal chord to vibrate??? Also I am a life long smoker it needs to be biopsied This is ludicrous and asinine. I think they suck that's my opinion and I am going to file another complaint today with Medical.

  You schdule with speclist and get a group of medical students
  Such a horriable experience with Doctor Dennis Chatri and with his phone representative
  He spend with you not more than a minute and than he lives you with his students to do his job
  I don't know why but UCLA stick to employ, cold, young, unfriendly staff to present them
  And somehow they think it's cool
  But let me tell U something, it's not, the office representatives are not professional at all
