Attended the Midwest Region 4 Excel Gymnastics Champions at this facility. Let’s start with the admission fee. $20 per person. Outrageous! Twice what we paid at any meet this year. Scheduling a 4 hour session over the lunch hour with no outside food or drink allowed in. On top of the $20 admission, you’re attempting to force us to feed our families your $10 burgers and $6 sodas. Nice try. We snuck in food for everybody. Having the competition in the Exhibition Hall. Smart! 1000 parents without elevated seating trying to see their child compete in a 10,000 sq ft room. No free WiFi and refusal to share it upon request. Lastly, being told we are not allowed to use outlets to charge our phones. This place is a complete joke. I wouldn’t recommend ever having this place host any event.

Pretty nice place until I had an employee of US Cellular Center walked by and tell me to unplug my US cellular phone that needed charged. She told me we do not allow people to plug in their cell phones for charging LOL I could not believe it I actually thought it was one of the funniest things I heard in my life. Maybe Verizon should sponsor it.

The staff in this facility are very rude. I understand that everything needs to be done timely but when your little brother's event is done last they should allow a few minutes to converse rather than rudely asking you to leave. I'm not impressed and people need to be more understanding.

Decent venue , went to the Avenge Sevenfold concert February 9th. We had front row seats with great views. It is a bit smaller than other venues I’ve been at , but I actually liked it better. The food and drinks were expensive as to be expected with any even like this. The one complaint I have is the stairs to get to and from the seats are very very steep. Seemed dangerous to me, but I did have Bronchitis this day so this made it hard to breath already. All and all very good experience in a smaller venue making it feel like a small club type of thing. We really enjoyed it and will events at this venue.

Cedar Rapids is a small town. Knowing that all our big acts either are here or the McGrath Amphitheatre is helpful. It's great to know that there's a place in town where acts like Kevin Hart, Jeff Dunham, and Lindsey Stirling can perform on any given night. We also have sporting teams that are performing there. The only issue I have is due to the fact that we have a small town, many of our big acts have to come on a weekday rather than big talent coming on the weekend. Besides that, the venue's pretty good.

Money grubbers!! We went to monster jam at this venue and paid double for supposed "good seats". Well i had no room to breath or move my arms. I was literally so close the person next to me. I had a 2 year old on my lap who i had to hold still the whole time we were there because there was no leg room at all. On top of that all the room the trucks had to perform was a very small circle so they couldn't even put on a show. We left early very disappointed and will not be back!!!

I love watching the Rampage soccer team, but honestly, this is one of the worst designed arena's I've ever been in. There are about as many seats with partially obstructed views than there are with good views. If you pick a seat on the far side, not on the first level, even the front row of the second level, you can't see 4-6 feet of the side under you due to the overhang. Also, whoever designed the route from the attached Parking ramp to the hotel/will-call so that it requires a trip down a single elevator is a complete moron. There is no stairs option without leaving the building and going outside.

This has become one of our favorite venues for concerts in 2016.
Great views all around since it is a smaller venue, not one of those mega arenas.
Love that the Doubletree Hotel that is connected right to it.
Could do much better with security at the entrances.
Latest visit in Oct 2016, security is trying to be a little better. Checked bags this time.

A really nice facility for concerts and other events. Conveniently located right next to the DoubleTree hotel. The only problem is parking at peak hours.

Fun place to go to for local events. Things are usually organized and efficient. Prices can be high. Parking is usually good.

This has always been a great venue. I've been here twice this year. First for the WWE house show and second for the Rob Zombie/Disturbed concert. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.
