Easy to get my truck and to return it. Truck was clean and ready to go.

Crowded, very busy - they need more than one person on the weekend checking people out. I was there 45 minutes waiting for a truck I had already reserved.

Arrived here at about 6:40 AM to pick up a vehicle at 7. I couldn't even get into the parking lot until 6:55 due to the lot being jam packed out to the street with vehicles which hasn't been park before the start of business. How can I pick up a vehicle at 7 if I can't even get onto the lot? People were backed up into the road waiting for ONE EMPLOYEE running the whole show to take care of everything at once. No problem with the employee but management needs to have two employees for this morning rush. Ridiculous penny pinching management.

I rented a truck which was only on a half tank of gas and on the paper it said it was full and I was charged over $55 because they said it had a full tank on the paperwork when i brought It back with the exact amount of gas it had in it when I got it, and they wouldn't refund my money

First time here had a bad experience returning a U-Haul. Second time was much better for a return. The staff was more friendly the second time.

VERY poor service. I would not recommend them. I told them I needed a car hauler and they gave my employee the wrong trailer. Then were rude when I called to make it right. They still charged me!! (They promised a 6' trailer and gave me one with a ramp opening of 4.5' making it completely unusable.)
