ARlene had a wonderful experience today, the girls at the register were very helpful ! She helped me with a Shark sweeper and one of the other girls even took it to my car , you don’t get help like this in other stores.What a blessing to shop in your store.

I ordered shower curtain and 2 small items online and was initially told curtain was in York store. Then I was notified it was sold out. I would never have used my kohls cash if I had known it was sold out. I would have bought shoes instead of other items. Then I went to pick up and found a different curtain and some other items. Sale signs are unclear as always. 50% off means 50% off ticketed price but some how 60 % off does not mean 60 % off price. Instead it means we already took the 60 % off. Very tired of Kohls tricks in pricing. Also increasing price before placing on sale is wrong. May stop shopping at Kohls.

The people at this store are very nice, and the Hanover store. This is a very clean store and I has pretty much everything you need.
