Greeted as we came in then we where left alone to shop. Service manager did a nice job explaining billing to my son. They do not have pricing on there motorcycles for sale. I would have appreicate knowing the prices.

Had an issue with the bike after delivery. After talking to KTM, they were able to reimburse me $95 I had to spend to fix my odometer at my local dealer. Pleased with the bike and was unsure of level of service. At this point I am overall satisfied. Thanks

I love dirt bikes - motocross, enduro, street trail and also superbikes and I love KTM motorcycles. This is the only dealer carrying them for many miles around so I get here as much as I can. There are no public riding areas around B&B but thankfully they carry offroad motorcycles even so!!
Thank you guys for being there, carrying the best brand offroad bikes in the world - KTM and helping keep offroad riding alive!! My helmets off to you!! 🖒

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called to have my 2013 Ducati 1199 Panigale S serviced. They said they could service it, and have done so in the past. I rode the bike there (with a hole in the rear tire) and had my wife drop off the new tires so they could be replaced. Come to find out they can't service the bike after all. I spoke with the GM to express my frustration, and he could have cared less and said "We aren't a Ducati Dealer." No, but you pride yourself on Customer Service and you gave me the run around and still charged me, for nothing! The GM refused to give me a refund and actually told me to take my business elsewhere.
