NO GOOD!

I called before I went to pick up a truck asking if I could park my personal vehicle at their location while I do the move. They said yes they could accommodate that. I arrive there and when I get there they said I could NOT park my vehicle. I informed them of the discrepancy between what they told me on the phone and in person, and then politely agreed to street parking.

Problem is - street parking is only good for two hours. So halfway between the move I had to drive back to this location to move my car, which put more miles on the van than intended. I informed the manager that I should not be required to pay for the additional miles since his employee gave me wrong information, which is why I had to put extra miles on the van. He refused to refund the cost of additional miles and even told me I should have done a better job planning the move.

I was furious at not only the incompetency of his employees, but also the rudeness of the managers behavior, as if it was I who made the mistake.

AVOID! Go to different location.

I like this location way better than the one on Fullerton and Pulaski! Mrs. Valencia was extremely helpful and patient with me, very satisfied with my customer service at this location

Location of truck originally promised was changed 5 hours before pickup, severely inconveniencing me. Do not use uhaul - go with a different provider.

The customer service was friendly, expedient, and thorough. It took less than ten minutes to be processed during check in - and under three minutes when I dropped the truck off. This was my first time renting a truck - and I had such a pleasant experience. Excellent!

This U-Haul location is always quick and friendly. They do a great job. If you're new to U-Haul, don't be fooled by the $20 truck rental ads, it's always 3-5 times that amount when all is said and done! But easy to rent and return when you need a moving van or truck!

I was pretty shocked by the bad reviews. I had an amazing experience from the first phone call to reserve, all the way to the return. The van was perfect and drove well. Larry was so helpful and friendly-he checked me in and helped me avoid waiting in line. Awesome experience and I would definitely use them again!
