High mark ups and then they put them on sale so products cost the same at any other store. For example a 5 pack of hanes undies cost $39.99 and the second was half off!! Same pack was $13.99 @ target, even got a pair for free. Place is a rip off.

Store is good employees are nice BUT there sales are terrible! I feel like they mark up items then the "sale price" is the normal price. Went for Christmas decor after Christmas (70% off). 165 sq ft wrapping paper on sale for $5 (after 70% off). Went to Target and 180 sq ft for $2 (after 50% off). The spot light they have that shines Christmas lights on your house"on sale" for $39.99. Target had them for $20 on sale! Nice store just check other places to make sure you are getting the best deal :)

I'm new to the area and I went here on a last minute gift run for my mother's birthday and I didn't know what to get. I ran into a manager named Jennifer who was absolutely no help to my needs. She act as if she didn't have time for me and u was bothering her. So I got little frustrated but on my way out I was asked if I needed help by a worker named "Tina". Mind you, she was already helping someone else as well. She helped me find a great gift for my mom and she did not act like I was bothering her. If you asked me, she should be the manager. Anyhow I do like the store and the shoppe area in birkdale and they have a lot to offer. So my 5 star goes to Tina and the great selection Kohls has.
