Wedding ring resizing - I just had my wedding ring resized and cleaned at Fink's and I am THRILLED. This is the 2nd time (in 2 months) I had to have my ring resized - I originally took it somewhere else; they made it too small and it took over 3 weeks to get it back. Fortunately, Fink's was able to fix the issue and now the ring is absolutely perfect for my hand. I have an antique ring that i adore and am so incredibly happy that Fink's was able to restore it. The customer service at Fink's was stellar and I had my ring back within a day (the jeweler was on-site that day so that helped with the timing). My family has been using Fink's for 70 years and my only disappointment is that I didn't go to Fink's originally for the work. I highly recommend Fink's and will go here exclusively in the future.

Finks became our family about 10 years ago and Ellen became a family friend. Ellen has helped us through losing my wonderful husband. Births of Cameron and Maggie and Janet and Marks engagement. ❤❤

I have more than once been disappointed with my experience at Fink's. A few years ago my parents purchased a ring for me which they cut and solder to fit my small finger. 13 months later I went back as it had come apart and they would not fix it for me, citing that I only had a 12 month warranty on their work.

A year later against my better judgement I purchased another ring from them as a gift for my sister. Only a few months later, she showed me that it had been slightly bent. I immediately told her I'd take it back to Fink's where I purchased it to have them take a look and fix it. And boy I was wrong!

I went into the Birkdale store today and asked about getting it fixed. I was told they would not fix it because its a manufacturer issue that its bent. Regardless who made it Fink's, you sold it. I was told, rather rudely, that I could leave it and have their jeweler give me an estimate for how much it would cost me. When I asked for a ballpark I was told, "I have no idea."

You're better off purchasing from the manufacturer, or from another jeweler who take responsibility for the products they sell and their soldering work. I was planning to make another large purchase when I took my sisters ring in today but turned away and took my business elsewhere.

Tasteless marketing and I'd never use a company like this. Apparently their products can't speak for themselves. Find some class Finks 🙄
