Not a good place. Pool was cold, hot tub was colder. The hot breakfast buffet had two items that were hot otherwise it was your average continental breakfast. Rooms were nice building was new. Front desk did not provide good service and the billing was horrible. Charged my credit card multiple times in error only to credit me in 3 to 5 business days. Night shift was working day shift, day shift didn't show up. Billing manager hot headed and huffy and puffy. General manager seemed Clueless. Overall not worth the money poor customer service I Give It 2 out of 5 stars.

A+++. This place was worth every penny. Clean room, great service, amazing breakfast, and an indoor pool. Perfect. Rick at the front desk is truly worth mentioning. He went out of his way to make this visit amazing.

My cousin and I booked this hotel for one night while in town to see the R&B group Xscape perform. I booked here mainly for the star rating and price deal. The decor of the hotel and room was very nice. I also liked the setup of the room it almost like being in a small apartment! Nice living area with couch and tv, then a small kitchenette and the bathroom, and finally the spacious sleep area. The bathroom was the perfect amount of space. The only thing that needs an upgrade is the elevator it was making some concerning noises. I was overall very pleased.Thanks for making me feel comfortable for my stay in NC!

Room was spotless as expected. Beds were very comfortable. Shower pressure was decent but still had pressure. The complimentary breakfast was top notch! Will definitely stay again.

TOP NOTCH HOTEL!!!
We travel extensively. Experiencing good and bad hotels has become a part of our travels. As I stated to the manager many times during our stay at the Lake Norman location, this hotel is top notch from cleanliness, friendliness and customer service. I applaud such an excellent staff and management team. I don't write many reviews but felt the need to write this review because recognition deserves to be spoken in this case. I would recommend this hotel with a five star rating!
P.S. Exceptional service from Mayte as she prepared last minute hot foods for those of us who like to sleep in on occasion. 😉👍response / report this review -

Newly renovated! Breakfast! Complimentary snacks in lobby! Manager reception during weekdays (pizza, wings, etc)! hot tub! Very nice Jacuzzi rooms!!! Nice staff!!!

The hotel was apparently purchased by new owners and despite having reservations well in advance we found our family in the middle of a "Renovation Weekend"!!!
There was a problem with an A/C with the room we reserved for my daughter and son in law that left a portion of room completely soaked! Management's initial response was poor to say the least.
Instead of immediate change to another room we were told that a handyman was to replace the unit, which never happened, and finally the next day a room change!
Despite the pleasant desk clerk who performed our check in and the kindness of the breakfast helper, Mayte and desk person Rick, I'd probably not recommend the stay.
We were particularly angry about an over reacting night manager who's short on smarts about customer relations and long on bad attitude, who shall remain nameless, however management knows who I mean and should get rid of him if they'd like repeat businessresponse / report this review -

The hotel was extremely clean and smells clean. The staff was friendly. There was coffee and cucumber water for the first when we arrived with oranges and apples. They have a pool and a hot tub. The only issue I had was the towels they provided wasn't stacked enough. So make sure you ask the staff for a towel. They had an exercise room that seemed maintained. They had a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, waffles, pastries, 6 different types if cereal, sausage, biscuits and gravy, milk, fruit cups, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. They have an outdoor sitting area to eat or hang out. I seen on the flyer that Monday through Wednesday they had appetizers and beverages for free for the guests. Our room was huge for 2 queen and a fold out bed with 2 tv's. I would recommend staying here again.

Newly renovated. Lobby and outside area is beautiful. Rooms are still pretty basic with inefficient lightswitches, but otherwise a nice room. Comfortable beds.

We stayed here with my cats while we had work done on our house. It was friendly and the rooms were adequate. There was a decent breakfast in the mornings and all day coffee in the foyer. It was great being able to have my pets with us but there are tons of places for cats to hide in those rooms. You'll also need to budget an extra $25 per pet per night.

Value lodging that provides a lot of bang for the buck. The convenient location, spacious rooms, and reasonable per night rates make the Country Inn & Suites in Huntersville an attractive option for travelers that prioritize value. The majority of the clientele during the week in which I stayed were predominantly families and retirees with a handful of business travelers, myself included, sprinkled here and there.
What this place lacks in wow factor, it makes up for in practicality. The stays come with daily breakfast that includes a limited hot selection on rotation along with cereals, breads, and some options for the more health conscious as well, though the quality of the items are clearly budget oriented and outside of the selection are otherwise non-remarkable. Similarly, though the rooms are spacious and contain all the necessary amenities, its starting to show its age and the years of wear and tear. On the more critical side, there were several places where the wallpaper was peeling and walls were damaged and scuffed, which served as a constant reminder of the low per night rate.
Overall, the feeling I'm left with is that quantity is prioritized over quality. This hotel actually manages to offer quite a few features that its higher priced peers provide (manager's happy hours on select weeknightsbreakfast to-go bags for those in a rush to head out the door in the mornings), but the lack of attention to maintain and improve highly visible areas (lobby decor, damaged walls, etc) hold this hotel back from really hitting that next level in hotel accommodations.response / report this review -

Although the staff is very friendly. We will not stay here again. This hotel is right off the highway. The windows are paper thin. Our air conditioning system did not work. Our room stayed 78 degrees. No other room to move us to other than the room with the same A/C problem. Open the window it sounds like your laying on the highway. Never had issues before at other chains.

Cozy, clean and nice! Continental breakfast is nice offering and you have both hot and cold. Sausage, eggs, oatmeal cereal, fruits, and various Juices. It is a simple, but good and the conversations with the other guest are a plus! And Mayte, the breakfast host is a gem! She was great, checking on us, smiling and joking with everyone, pleasant! It made the continental breakfast even more delightful. Will stay again.
