  Great place the employees were friendly. We were getting a drop hitch put on. They got the truck right in. There was only 3 employees working that morning one behind the counter one doing service on their trucks and one doing the hitch install. The one employee did a great job for not getting angry with this one customer that was giving her a really hard time one why she had to put down a deposit for a truck rental. I will go back there for all my U-Haul needs.

  My husband and I used Uhaul to make our move from Augusta, Ga to Tampa, Fl after my husband left the army. First off I will say there was only ONE gentleman in the office that knew what he was doing and was willing to help. We rented 3 uboxes and a truck to transport the boxes to and from our home. Secondly, my husband made the 20 + min drive there and home to realize the locks where on the uboxes with NO KEYS. So he drove back to have locks removed. Thirdly, upon arrival BACK home he noticed the uboxes did not have the padding that was supposed to be in them to protect our belongs; therefore, he had to drive back AGAIN to get padding. Fourthly, we get a call at 2:30 on the day our uboxes were supposed to be back to you all to ask where the truck was that it was rented it out at 2:30. This was never brought to my husbands attention since boxes had to be back by 5 pm would make sense the truck would of been too. After our arrival in fla. No one seemed to know what was going on. several calls and days later we were able to track down our boxes. The lady that delivered them was very nice; however she was a few hours late from the time she said she would have them here. We not only had to wait around for hours but move them in the hottest part of the day and rush to have them unloaded within our " less than 24 hr period". Now on to the final part. All my furniture was scratched and nicked even after wrapping them in the provided "padding". Shampooer was broken, crib was broken, bed frame and dresser (broken) several pictures and glasses items were also broken. It has been a complete nightmare I will NEVER use this company again and I will let everyone I know what a waste of money and time it has been.

  Bad customer service. One person working while 5 customers stood in line. Other team members were walking around, cleaning trucks, etc while everyone waited for the one desk agent who was trying to talk someone through a rental. Wanted to fill up on propane. Took 30 minutes to get service and then I had to wait again to pay the tab. Very poor management. Will not be returning.
